Having the need to have a bridge replaced, I was in the chair almost five hours. Dr. Jacobson, Ashleigh and other staff members definitely saw to my comfort! While I have only a temporary bridge at this time, the temp feels SO MUCH BETTER than the old bridge! For the past five years, my husband and I have been patients in the office of now Dr. Foley and Dr. Jacobson. The staff has been amazing the entire time and with each visit. We highly recommend RICHMOND SMILE DESIGN. Their work is highly professional and our comfort has been of their utmost concern.

Dr. Jacobson and her team go above and beyond! I went to get a filling fixed and she and Molly took time to make sure my tooth was smooth and feeling just right!

When we moved to Richmond a little over a year ago. I was scared that I would not find the right dentist for my family. I am happy to share that Richmond Smile Design. Dentists and staff went above and beyond mine and my family expectations! A phenomenal practice! Dr. Foley and Dr. Jacobson loves what they do and it shows on how they care for each patient and their amazing staff! Miss Kelly at the front desk is courteous and knowledgeable of all your insurance questions. The tentative dental hygienist are terrific too!! Especially Miranda! She's a rock star!! When you find a dental office like this, it's priceless!!!!

I had to reschedule due to last minute change for a babysitter (had a 6 week old who exclusively nurses) and live an hour away. My babysitter wasn't able to come with me. Rescheduled for 2 weeks later, a Monday afternoon, tested positive for covid Sunday night, my 4 year old who has febrile seizures and my 2 month old also have covid, called in morning to let them know, woman said they are charging me due to not calling 24 hours in advance. Can't even explain the feelings behind the lack of humanness from that office. Will never go there again. They lost several hundreds of dollars over a really dumb regulation. Their loss.

I just want to take a few moments to thank Dr. Foley and Ashleigh and Courtney for spend time with me and help my transition in to dentures be a success! Ashleigh went above and beyond in making sure they fit properly and making sure to give me a beautiful smile ! Ashleigh is some what of a perfectionist but who don't want someone that's honest and wants to make sure you have the proper fit , size and color you want? This is a life changing experience for sure but if you are looking for someone that genuinely cares about you ... and your smile this is the place to go ! I promise you that you will be highly satisfied with them and Ashleigh will make sure you have a beautiful smile !

This is a great office! Every staff member is very friendly and understanding. Those of us with fears of the dentist can rest easy here. The staff always makes sure you are comfortable throughout the whole process and do a great job at keeping you informed.

Yet again, i cannot with this office anymore. I call for help and to see if they can get me in the same day or even an appointment as quickly as possible, and instead of getting me scheduled, the front desk asks me all these questions and making me feel incompetent rather than scheduling me. I will NOT be dealing with this office ever again and they will NOT be getting a good review from me either

When Dr. Ballou decided to retire I did not know what I would do for a dentist. However, he trusted Dr. Foley with his patients, so I decided to give her a chance. I am happy I did! She is a great and caring professional. Then Dr. Jacobson came on board and I just love her personality and she too is an excellent professional! All of their team are talented and deserving of credit, but I would like to call out two of my favorites: Ashleigh is a dental assistant, but to me she is much more. So caring and proficient at her craft. Courtney is my hygienist, and she is so gentle and delightful.If you are looking for a dental team to care for you and your family, I could not imagine a better or more caring team than the team at Richmond Smile Design!

SHOUT OUT to Richmond Smile Design - General Dentistry Richmond Kentucky. They have gone above & beyond for me. I've been there twice now & both times they have been wonderful. The last time I was there, I expressed my concern that I needed a bite guard for my TMJ but wasn't going to pay UK a bunch of money. Dr Foley checked with my insurance & found a much cheaper alternative but I didn't want the dental impression(traumatizes me). So she called around to find me a local orthodontist that would do a digital scan of my mouth. I went to see Dr Durbin & it was so easy & he didn't charge me anything to do this! So if you're looking for a dentist or orthodontist, I'd recommend them both.

Dr. Foley and staff are great! Definitely sticking with this one. It's surprisingly hard to find a good dentist these days with well trained and professional hygienists to support them.

I had to have a tooth pulled and Dr. Jacobson was awesome. The entire staff was so friendly and made sure my anxiety was well taken care of. I never felt a thing. Not even the needle when she numbed me. I think I've found my dentist for life. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone that has anxiety or is afraid of going to the dentist because they really care and take care of you. Thank you a lot.
