I was having a dental emergency and they accommodated me by fitting me in and helping me bring some relief and closure to my issue. Great team and I would recommend them to anyone!

Needed help with dental implants and called Richmond Smile Center for a consultation, very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the help I received was outstanding. The Dental assistant Dawn was pleasantly nice and courteous. Elvin was very nice and Dr. crowder was exceptionally nice and very gentle with my procedure today. I will recommend this center for everyone.

They recently hired a bunch of new staff and I had such a nice experience with them today! I have a lot of anxiety but the procedure was fairly quick and painless for me. Dental Assistant Tiffany Hicks was incredibly comforting and great at her job!!

So I have you 3 stars cause everyone was really polite. My dentist seemed shaky. I had a tooth pulled an mind you. I've had 4 teeth pulled and by all means this one was the most painful of all the experiences I've had, having teeth pulled. I mean to watch my dentist start shaking have way through the pulling which wasnt easy, but slight of hand is necessary. I had said I wanted to set a follow up appt to get a cleaning an filling etc. and apon leaving I wasn't asked to schedule another appointment to handle my other issues. Instead I was given a script and told to take my meds sleep it off it'll feel better. What they did offer was a bridge and or prices for different an again. No payment plans or suggestions for a payment plan to get those procedures done. Just a firm 1400 an 4000 dollar procedures. Idk to me it just seemed more willing to give me prices other then resolve. If it wasn't for a nice staff, I woulda gave you 2 stars. Because I have had 4 teeth pulled in the past an it was never as painful and nerve racking as this time. I have insurance and I came from Henrico to chesterfield to do the procedure which I won't be doing again. I expect more bed side manners an care of the patient and solutions to fix issues. Not just prices and take your meds you will feel better. The asst was great. The doc with the shaking made me uncomfortable at times an nervous. I most likely will look for a different dentist and probably won't recommend people to go there for extraction being that I've done this 4 other times at different places an never had the experience I had. Thanks for the work had I know it was 70 to pull my teeth I woulda just went to vcu and had it done where I have before an it only costed me 50 an not nearly as painful an nerve racking as it was with the experience I had at the smile center. I don't do well with teeth and this experience has made me check a box saying I most likely won't be back. Hope you take what I say into consideration for the next patient. Thanks for the kind staff for the most part. Sorry I won't be doing business with you guys again. Just expected more. Like you gave a damn about me. Not jus giving a damn about the money. I came for a consultation concerning implants. Everyone from the receptionist to the Dr. and the technician were absolutely wonderful and caring. I left knowing everything about the procedure as well as cost. It was a truly a great experience.

What a great dental office! I saw Dr. Crowder, Sonja the dental assistant, Pam upfront, and Lauren the Hygenist. They were all so polite, efficient, and quick! Dr. Crowder was so nice when I asked him to remove my permanent retainer for me, as it was causing me pain from it breaking. Lauren also was fun and personable during my appointment. Great experience. Highly recommend and will be back!
