Dr. Novak has over 20 years of experience as a practicing dentist. He is dedicated to helping his patients preserve their smiles in health, comfort, and function throughout their lives. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland Dental School and completed a General Practice Residency at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA. Dr. Novak regularly participates in a broad range of continuing education courses. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Vermont State Dental Society, the Champlain Valley Dental Society, and participates in local dental study clubs.
Paula is the office manager and has been an integral part of Richmond Dental for 20 years. She meets and greets each and every patient that enters with a smile. She has gotten to know everyone by face and enjoys the many conversations with patients about themselves and their growing families.
Paula enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren Conley, Zane, and Eivin, as well as her daughter Danielle and son-in-law, Matthew. Paula also enjoys ice fishing, NASCAR races and working outside with her husband Richard.
Michele is a native Vermonter living in Williston with her husband and 3 busy boys. When she is not in the car transporting her children to various sporting events, she enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.
She enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking, fishing, gardening, and skiing with her husband and their two young daughters. She has enjoyed being a new member of the Richmond Dental team and looks forward to seeing our patients for their dental care.

Dr Novak and his entire staff are extremely professional, kind and friendly. I have complete confidence in Dr Novak. I really appreciate how Dr Novak calls his patients back the day after a procedure. Don't see that very often in the medical world!

Dr. Novak is the best there can be, especially for younger people - kids/teens - he's so super conscientious and sensitive with kids in explaining what he's doing, using humor, a super kind and thoughtful human being - totally makes the patient feel comfortable in an otherwise very uncomfortable situation. And his assistant is also AWESOME! Also VERY natural in making it seem comfortable, low stress, no worries, explaining everything and totally patient with questions, and also dancing a bit to the music in the office (in between "focused" work time on the teeth1) :D

I moved to central Vermont a number of years ago but I still go to Richmond Dental because of the great care I get there and the wonderful staff.
