This used to be the best place for excellent care. But the new owners have gotten rid of all the amazing staff and replaced them with uncaring subpar robots. That are rude and uncaring.

Never had any issues. Been coming here since I was a child. Got my wisdom teeth taken out and part of my root canal. It went very smoothly. The staff has always been very nice to me and accommodating even when I had anxiety attacks. Less then 5 stars just because the waiting room experience. Their is always someone acting weird.

I am fed up with this clinic they are sooo expencive and they had to take one tooth out only to take the wisdom tooth. I call a professional dentis they told me it wasnt necessary to do that. I swear i wont go to this clinic ever again not professional

So apparently my file was blocked because one one the receptions made a false story about me supposedly cursing her out that never happend why do I need to cuss her out she wasn't the problem my tooth was I never not once cursed her out so my file shouldn't be blocked racism is so real and this is the case African Americans get treated so poorly here I swear

If I could have giving them a -1. I would have. They used to be great but now they just don't care about the patient or the work that they do on their mouths. They are also rude and feel like they can talk to you any kind away. I will never ever go back. They will never get a cent more from me or my family.

The customer service by the girls at the front desk are beyond unhelpful and not very professional. They call to confirm an appt and talk about a copay from insurance I no longer have since the layoffs due to pandemic of March 2020 not to mention the company then cancelled ALL insurance for employees (who are not back to work beyond the pandemic) cancelling the policies as of January 2021 leaving me at a time of pregnancy to pick up medical. Had the ladies did a little bit more digging in the medical files they would see that I carry no additional insurance that why I was given medical. It's very easy to understand but I was hung up on and they didn't want to go the extra mile for the patient. Good ridence to anyone that treats patients like they are not you won't have a job for long if there's no patients to help. Obviously customer service is not you for you.

Is a rip-off they don't listen to the patient and all they all about is getting your money money money Went there had a root canal cost me ,$1,045 and some change and the dentist that put it in didn't do her job right had to go back I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone badfd service

Honestly if I could give them a 0 I would. The front desk workers are the rudest girls I have ever come across in the healthcare field. They need better training I come here 6 months ago to do some teeth cleaning and Fill up all the information was required for the insurance porpoise so they can have it when I come back again 6 months So after 6 months am back and guess what they have some missing papers and they always wanna do the X-rays I am changing my dentist for sure !!!!!

So this was my first time here today The place does look a little old but that didn't scare me too much Bianca was the girl who took my xrays and she was awesome She made me feel safe and even made me laugh It's always scary going to the dentist so making sure your patients feel safe is always good She was very professional and nice I hope when I go again I get her Dr. Bayat was very nice as well and did a great job on cleaning my teeth This place was very helpful for me

Honestly if I could give them a 0 I would. The front desk workers are the rudest girls I have ever come across in the healthcare field. You are supposed to be helping the community yet they do complete opposite. They need better training and have no recourses for patients they can't attend in EMERGENCY situations. Go if you wanted to be treated horribly

They are super friendly and walk-in is welcome. They took care of most of teeth problem on the same day. My wife and I are very happy with their care.

Waited almost 2 hours. Dentist finally called my name and walked in for doing X-Ray my teeth. After that it's done. Dentist told me to wait outside for around 30 mins - 1 hour. So, I left and not going to that place anymore because they're wasting your time! Front desk was very rude since I requested for x ray. It cost me $20 for copies! Please do not go to that place. This place need SHUT DOWN ! Please find best dental services you have. Be careful where are you going to dental services.

I called for an appointment 1 month and a half ago for dental cleaning, making myself very clear I already had xrays from a different practice and could send their way whenever they might need. During my appt today they told me they would not do the cleaning as the dental hygienist was too busy for the next weeks, and this 1st appt was only to review my history. I was placed in a room close to a paperwork storage, where the chair was extremely old and had tears in it, the walls had stains and the furniture had visible cracks. The staff was extremely rude, in special the General Manager that dismissed to hear what I had to say. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!

This place is a nightmare both the staff and the office! The owner doctor is rude, and money hungry. They do poor dentistry and use low quality products and on top of that they don't care about anyones well being. Save your money and your health and go somewhere else. Do your research and ask around for better dentist.

I recently had 13 teeth removed here. 13 at I need time... that is the second time I had 13 teeth pulled. My experience with Dr Ramirez was a real experience for me. He was patient i had some stubborn teeth at the end that didn't want to leave, but he took really good care of me I was truly not in real pain its been 3 days now I have absolutely no pain some swelling and funny speech lol... the staff was nice to me.... I am looking into the church and all it offers I just want to thank you all so much for caring for me. Stay safe Stay well...
