Dr. Brett Scott joined our team as an Associate General Dentist in June of 2021. He was born and raised in Oklahoma City, completed his undergraduate degree in Clemson, South Carolina, and He returned to Oklahoma where He earned His Doctorate in Dental Surgery. His fianc, Kelsey, is a pediatric dental resident at Bon Secours St. Mary's here in Richmond and they are both very excited to experience all that Virginia has to offer.
In his spare time Dr. Scott enjoys producing music, playing guitar, piano, and drums, as well as reading and writing. Additionally He loves the outdoors and regularly hunts, snow boards, camps, fly-fish and hike. His interest in dentistry began in college when he attended a mission trip in Patzun, Guatemala. Once He returned from that trip, he began to appreciate the blending of science and art that dentistry offers and decided that it was what he wanted to pursue as a career. The immediate and life altering results dentist offer their patients on a daily basis continues to excite him and He knows that he chose the right field. He is extremely fortunate to have such an amazing opportunity with Dr. Babik and He is looking forward to meeting all of you in the near future.

This place was great! I was nervous about getting my teeth cleaned (since I hadn't been able to get an appointment since pre-COVID), but it went well. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and professional.

I've never really successfully gone to the dentist before I found Richmond City Dentistry. It's now been two years since my first appointment there, and I am actually taking care of my teeth. (I'm so glad the downtown office has reopened!). The office and staff are so friendly and welcoming, but that's only the beginning. Most importantly, the dental care is the perfect mix for me - I feel cared for and encouraged to take important actions for my health, but never scolded. They have been working with me to realistically improve habits while also taking care of my teeth and mouth. The pricing is very fair, they've worked with me across several types of insurance, and they explain what they're charging line by line better than any other dentist I have met. I am so happy to have found this dental practice and would recommend them to anyone.

Went here to have my wisdom teeth pulled and Dr. Babik managed to pull the wrong tooth, I now have no second molar and I have to go somewhere to have the wisdom tooth that is still left in my mouth pulled. The other dentist here isn't in the clear either as I returned twice post op and he either failed to notice the wrong tooth was pulled or was hoping I wouldn't. Don't know how these people are still open.

Dr.Babik and his secretary have been so welcoming and they are amazing. I have been in and out of dentistry's since my car accident almost 13 years ago I have never been more satisfied with results, efficiency, speed in my life ever. I highly recommend him for everyone I know

Do NOT give your mouth's work to this man! He is a sadist--I thought I was with Dustin Hoffman in MARATHON MAN. He refused to give me nitrous and then put me through unbelievable pain. NEVER go there!

I couldn't have had a better experience with Richmond City Dentistry and Dr. Babik! I actually learned a lot about my teeth, which sounds crazy, but I guess growing up I hadn't gone to a dentist who was as clear and thorough. Thank you Majd! PLUS the office is on Broad St. near campus right across from starbucks and kroger, so I can walk from the Fan which is nice.

Dr.Babik and his staff are the best crew that I have ever met . He extracts my wisdom tooth within literally 10 seconds if not less . The price for that was so responsible and affordable .He is really so professional. I'm so grateful that I was one of his patients. All of my respect. Ruba!
