I really appreciate the fact that I could get the initial exam done AND the cavity filled all in one visit! As a stay home mom with small children it's nice to find a dentist willing to do this when possible! We've always been satisfied with the work Dr Ritchie has done for us. Thanks!

All the staff there are friendly and efficient. Mary the receptionist shines in her ability to track down information and deal with insurance companies. And Dr Richie is so friendly and explains procedures well. I believe it's the best place out of all the dentists I've been to.

Stay away. He did 5000.00 dollar work on me. He pulled teeth and made a partial. Returned for adjustments several times, never worked. Went to a specialist in Madison and was told there was nothing that could be done to make it fit. I called the dentist office and told them I wanted my money back. He offered to give me 300.00 dollars for customer service. I told him to keep it. As for your reply, eating candy has nothing to do with the fact that you made and charged me for a partial that didn't work and never would regardless of how many adjustments you made. Your comment on my having cavities and rotten teeth under it comes back to you as you were the one that did my dental work. I could never wear it long enough to cause cavities. After going to a specialist in Madison she said no cavities and made me a new partial that has worked very good

Well-organized and very professional. They are much farther from home than our former dentists, but their level of services and courtesy more than make up for the extra travel time.
