Although my formal education is complete, I am always very involved in continued education. I am currently participating in hands-on training at the Las Vegas Institute (LVI)whichconsists of several years of specialty courses. I chose to attend LVI because it teaches advanced principles of cosmetic dentistry and neuromuscular dentistry, which aremore advanced than the knowledge I obtained in dental school.
This kindof dentistry attainsthe highest quality and aesthetics, and I am also learning advanced concepts in TMD therapy. I havebeen certified in oral sedation and ACLS so I canalways make sure that fearful patients can be treated comfortably.
I love being able to help people feel better, both physically and emotionally. Peoples smiles can often define them, and I want everyone to know they can have a beautiful smile and the confidence that comes with it. I also love the way that dentistry is always changing, and that each person is unique and challenging.
I grew up in Forestand have lived in Jackson since 2001. I am married to Ben Craddock, and we have three daughters:Libby, Emmy and Cora. When Im not busy having fun with the family, I enjoy playing tennis.
I have been a member of Pinelake Church since 2003, and a member of the Junior League of Jackson since 2007, where I have volunteered for community health fairs, read with children at the elementary school, and prepared high school students for the ACT. Every year, I also visit with preschool children to teach them about visiting the dentist! I want to give back to the community that has been so supportive of our practice.
As a dentist, I enjoy improving a patients smile and overall oral health. I strive to provide quality dental care in a relaxed and friendly environment using state-of-the-art dental technology and techniques. It is a privilege to have a direct impact on my patients quality of life, overall health, and well-being. It makes my work very meaningful and inspires me to do my best for each personI meet.
I am a proud, lifelong resident of Mississippi, having graduatedfrom Senatobia High School before starting my formal education. I received a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Delta State University, and continued on to dental school to pursue my dream of becoming a dentist. I earned my Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry and completed a residency in general practice at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
In order to stay at the top of my field when it comes to dental technology, treatment options, and innovations, I stay involved with the greater dental community. I am an active member of the American Dental Association, Mississippi Dental Association, and Mississippi District IV Dental Society. I am also a former clinical instructor at the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry.

As our office manager, I help keep our practice running smoothlyand make sure our patients have a positive experience at every visit! I have worked at Richland Dental since 1998, and love meeting new patients as well as all the amazing relationships I have developed with our existing patients. I also enjoy providing patients with varying financial options so they can achieve their dental goals.
I joined the Richland Dental team in August 2016 and feel truly blessed to be a part of such an amazing team. I have been in the dental field for nearly 20 years and love my job. As the first person you see when you walk in, I look forward to meeting each of you and greeting you with a smile.
I became a registered dental hygienist at Richland Dental in 2003, and truly enjoy my job! My favorite part is working in a technologically advanced practice, where I get to learn new dental methods constantly, and I know our patients are receiving the best care possible.
Hello, my name is Jennifer, and I am a registered dental hygienist. I graduated from hygiene school in May of 2000 and have worked at Richland Dental since 2011. Iabsolutely love establishing relationships with all my patients and taking care of their dental needs.
I've worked alongside Dr. Pace for 8 years, and have enjoyed my time working with her and establishing relationships with my patients. I've also had a great experience over the last 4 years since our merge with Dr. Craddock and greatly appreciate the team that we've all become over the years.

These people are amazing. I woke up a few years ago with my mouth killing me. I knew about them just kept putting things on the back burner. I walked in with out an appointment and they saw me with in an hour. I have never missed an appointment from that day. They saved the tooth and have never miss a beat. They are kind and are good at what they do. When I started my mouth was a mess. As of today my gums and mouth are health. I'm now at 6 month check ups instead of 4 months. I am so glad I have them in my corner. Thank you guys . It has been the best 4 years year.

Love this place! I've been a customer for 20 plus years. The staff is absolutely amazing! When I first went to this office, I was afraid of going to the dentist because of a very bad experience with another dentist office. After sharing why I hadn't been, they made me feel comfortable and assured me that they would do everything possible to give me a good experience. I have been seeing Dr. Craddock for many years. I came to her at a time of fear of dentist. She has always made me feel comfortable and at ease, even when I'm gripping the chair. The patient is first and I appreciate that.

Everyone is so dang nice. They truly care about you. I felt like I was the only patient bc they were THAT attentive. Dr. Malley is gentle, heedful, caring and genuine. Vicki even gave me her cell phone number should I have an questions after hours. I was a basketcase going in and they went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Vicki gave me a blanket to lay across my body. While we waited to take my blood pressure, Vicki lowered the lights helping calm me down. She talked to me about her precious family to take my mind off the procedure. Throughout they checked on me several times to ensure I was pain free and comfortable. It was a fairly quick procedure. I was actually surprised how smooth it went (on my end, there was a few hangups but I never knew and they handled them with complete care. 5 stars across the board.
