Dr. Shantzer believes that embracing technology improves the patient experience greatly and yields higher quality dental work. He continually updates his education in all areas of dentistry, and has recently completed courses on implant dentistry; computer-guided implant placement, Invisalign, oral appliance therapy for the treatment of sleep apnea, and laser dentistry. He believes that Richboro Dental Excellence should be where teeth and technology meet. His patients are his number one priority, after his family, and giving his patients the highest quality care.

Dr. Shantzer and his wife Randee have been happily married since he graduated from dental school in 1982. They have two children. A son Josh and a daughter Lindsey who both attended Council Rock. Josh went on to become a Tax Lawyer and Lindsey is finishing her Fellowship in Hematology-Oncology at UVA.

Dr. Shantzers time outside the office is spent woodworking, boating, playing golf, doing construction, and radio control modeling. He is also very interested in all forms of technology including computers, both hardware, software, and 3D printing and CAD-CAM.

Dr. Uzel has proudly held faculty positions at Boston University School of Dental Medicine and at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he was involved in clinical and basic science research on periodontal disease, connective tissue, implantology, and bone biology. He co-authored many scientific articles and book chapters on the findings of his research. From his scientific background, Dr. Uzel takes an evidence-based approach to treatment in order to recommend the most suitable treatments. Dr. Uzels practice Mercer Center for Implants and Periodontics at Princeton is located in Princeton, New Jersey. Outside of the office, Dr. Uzel enjoys traveling, exploring the culinary arts, and discussing European cinema. He speaks fluent Turkish, French, and English. In addition, he loves playing and watching soccer, rugby, and basketball. On game days you can find him cheering for the Boston Celtics and Galatasaray S.K. He is the proud father of his son, Doruk who is also a Boston University Alumnus.

Dr. Nur is young, energetic and ever-improving addition to our team who strives for excellence in care. His background in dental technology enables him to see the both sides of the story while supervising your care.When asked about the reason of him becoming a dentist he says:'It always have been my passion to make things with my own hands. I discovered dentistry to be a field where I can quench my love to help people, craft smiles and in all of this use the latest technology. Though recent graduate from Temple Dental, my involvement in design and making of smiles in dentistry goes many years back. Constant involvement with latest trainings and continuing education on dentistry helps me to keep my knowledge and skills sharp to deliver the smile you desire'Outside of dentistry Dr. Nur enjoys outdoors, travel and is avid follower of Formula One race series. He fluently speaks Russian, Uzbeki and English and in the process of picking up Spanish.

I have been working with Dr. Shantzer for 12 years now. It's been a wonderful learning experience and I can't wait to see what the next 12 years bring. I really enjoy taking care of people and educating them on the importance of oral health. I have been married for 8 years and have two young boys that keep me very busy. I have to say, coming home to them is my favorite part of the day!

I have worked as a dental hygienist for over 20 years. I was happy to join Dr. Shantzer and his team in 2011. I enjoy our family of patients. It is my goal to give my patients the most thorough dental care while making them as comfortable as possible. I have been married for 19 years. I have three children and a Jack Russell dog named Gigi. I enjoy being a mom and spending time with my family.

I have been working as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant with Dr. Shantzer since 2005 when I graduated from Manor College. I assist Dr. Shantzer with patient care, place fillings, fabricate temporaries, do lab work, and fill in for my teammates as needed. I enjoy seeing the look on a patients face when they see their new smile. The long-lasting friendships that I have made with my co-workers is also very rewarding. I have been happily married to my husband Rob since 2004, and we have 3 handsome sons. When I am not at the office, you can find me in Florida or at a motocross track with my boys.
