I graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey and completed a fellowship in Implant Dentistry. I am currently pursuing specialization in fields of oral implantology including All-On-Four procedures (implant supported dentures) and full mouth rehabilitation in addition to a fellowship in oral surgery emphasizing impacted wisdom teeth. I am certified in Invisalign, a cutting-edge procedure using clear aligners that can give you the smile of your dreams. Finally, I am an active member of American Academy of General Dentistry and International Congress of Implantology.
Dr. Asghar brings vast experience with him who values the happiness and health of every patient, customizing his care to support each individuals needs and concerns. In addition to periodontics services, Dr. Asghar also provides treatment for dental implants, wisdom teeth extractions and more.
He works with people of all ages who suffer from periodontal disease, from mild to extreme cases, and always goes above and beyond to ensure every patient is comfortable and free from pain during treatment. Dr. Asghar received his post doctorate degree in periodontics (dealing with gum disease and dental implants) and Masters of Dental Science from Saint Louis University Center for Advanced Dental Education Missouri, USA.
Dr. Asghar is an active member of the American Dental Associations and the American Academy of Periodontology. He enjoys learning the latest advances in the field of Periodontics to ensure in providing the best possible care to his patients and meet patient satisfaction with every aspect of their dental experience.
His philosophy is simple. He is committed to providing his patients with a positive experience and excellent treatment. He strives to do everything possible to make his patients feel comfortable and take the time needed to address any questions and concerns. In his free time, he enjoys a lot of outdoor activities including golf, biking and playing tennis.
Blythe has been in dentistry since 2017 and joined our team July of 2020. She earned an associates degree in dental hygiene from College of DuPage and a bachelors degree in health sciences and health professions from University of Missouri. Her passion as a healthcare provider is to educate her patients to reach their dental health goals and create a long-term trusting relationship. Guiding her patients to health and prevention of oral disease is her goal each day!
Originally from Chicago, Blythe loves to be outside in the Dallas sunshine playing golf or tennis with her husband, Luke. They also love to try new recipes and travel with friends and family. Last year they added a new furry family member named Lady. She is a year-old golden retriever and has brought so much love and joy with her bright personality!
Whitney has been a registered dental assistant since 2015. With her 6 years of experience, she has gained knowledge in a variety of areas including general and cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, endodontics, and dentures/partials. She loves her dental home and team who is a second family to her. She always brings smiles to our patients faces and loves being able to be a part of their journey to oral health and full confidence. When not at work, Whitney enjoys the outdoors with her family whose craziness keeps her sane.

I enjoyed my dental visit. Office is clean and Doctor's are very conservative. The staff is excellent! Amanda really took the time to make me feel comfortable. Totally recommend this dental office.

Most horrible dental experience ever. Extremely painful & uncomfortable bite wing x-rays. Set an appointment for x-rays and a cleaning and had to reschedule for my cleaning due to a forecasted long wait period after x-rays were finally complete (she took like 15pics with a piercing bite-wing device). Came back for my 2nd scheduled cleaning and the hygienist called out for an emergency and was not going to make it in to work. So, I was given the option to wait 45 minutes for the doctor to do my cleaning or reschedule again. I decided to wait. The doctor finally arrived and barely spoke to me and began to fiercely rush through my cleaning. It was so painful and grippingly uncomfortable. Meanwhile, her electronic metal cleaning device started running hot and it began to burn the outside of my mouth, at the same time, water and debris splashed everywhere into my face as she continued burning & surging through my mouth with her devices. After about 5 minutes of this horror, I had enough, I politely told her that I was no longer comfortable with this and I would like to go. It was a Nightmare.

Today was my first day getting a cleaning and an annual dental exam here since I recently moved to Richardson. Absolutely love the staff - Fatima and Ashley . Fatima actually taught me how to floss correctly. Dr D was super knowledgeable, patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. The front desk was super friendly too I am glad I found my new dentist in town.

I came in for a general dental check-up. The front desk staff were very helpful. Fatima was very welcoming and friendly. She took my x-rays and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Dr. D performed a general exam of my teeth and provided me with beneficial information, without judgement, regarding my dental health. I appreciated this information as I was not able to attend my regularly scheduled bi-annual cleanings. Maria was thorough in explaining some treatments that I asked for and provided costs upfront. Ashley was my dental hygienist and she did a great job. She really went deep in my mouth and made sure my teeth were very clean. The office is organized, clean, and calm so that was also nice to see. I recommend this office to those who are seeking any type of dental treatment!

This location has a very pleasant staff. Fatima walked me through every step and was very welcoming. I didn't really feel like Dr. Daftary made me feel very comfortable but overall, I enjoyed my visit and will be coming back soon.

It was first time at this office and I was impressed with all the friendly smiles, everyone made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The ladies at the front desk, Maria and Sandy helped me with my paperwork, Fatima took my X-rays fast and gave me clear instructions during the process and Dr.Daftary was a sweetheart and patient during my exam and answered all my questions. Hong was my hygienist today and she was very gentle with my cleaning today. 5 star office! I will definitely coming back and will recommend this to my friends and family.
