    Our office has been open for more than 40 years. Even when Richardson Dentistry switched owners, many of our staff and patients stayed with our practice. We truly believe that the best dentistry is provided when patients know we have their best interests at heart. This allows us to build trust and establish a unique bond. We are proud to have patients who call us family and are confident we can provide them with all of the dental services they need.

    Dr. Fleming earned his dental degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore, after receiving his bachelors degree from the University of Miami in Florida. Prior to entering private practice, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Baylor College of Dentistry. He is constantly seeking to provide his patients with the best level of care and has taken many postgraduate education courses, including classes on complex implant rehabilitation, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, and Invisalign clear aligners.

    He is a member of the Dallas County Study Club, a branch of the prestigious Seattle Study Club, which focuses on various education programs. This association promotes complex interdisciplinary dentistry that coordinates multiple specialists to provide the best treatment for patients. He is also a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Texas Dental Association (TDA), Dallas County Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD).

    Dr. Fleming is an active participant in the community, serving as a volunteer dentist at Dallas County Life and the Texas Mission of Mercy. He also is a member of the Richardson Rotary Club and volunteers in various activities with the club. He and his wife, Patty, were married in March 2011 in Dallas. Patty is an Orthodontist at Fleming Orthodontics. They have two sons, Harrison and Cameron, and one daughter, Emery. Dr. Fleming loves traveling, discovering new people and places, running, playing soccer, and staying active.

    Dr. James S. Guirguis was born and raised in Ireland and England before his family relocated to Cleveland, Ohio. He moved to Dallas County in 2010 with his wife Amber, a fellow dentist, and has called Texas home ever since. Dr. Guirguis is also a volunteer dentist at Dallas Life and is very active in the Richardson Rotary Club. Dr. Guirguis and his wife have two sons, Max and Alex and look forward to raising their family in the metroplex.

    Dr. Guirguis obtained his dental degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, after receiving his bachelors degree at Miami University of Ohio. Prior to entering private practice, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Guirguis demonstrates his dedication to postgraduate education with a focus on complex procedures in esthetic, implant, and restorative dentistry. He is a member of the Dallas County Study Club, a branch of the Seattle Study Club. This commitment ensures that patients receive the highest level of care. He is certified in mini dental implants (MDIs) and Invisalign clear aligners. Dr. Guirguis also maintains professional membership in the American Dental Association (ADA), Texas Dental Association (TDA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and Dallas County Dental Society.
