Dr. Adam Richardson, along with his wife Betsy and his two young boys Bennett and Braxton, are residents of Franklin since 2013. Dr. Richardson and Betsy grew up in a small town inIndiana and wantedto set down roots in a small community. Being involved in his community has always been something Dr. Richardson has done, and that continues in Franklin.
Dr. Richardson graduated from Ball State University in 2006 and went on to earn his dental doctorate degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2010. Spending time with his patients and getting to know them is very important to him. There is no substitute for a long term doctor patient relationship.
Dr. Richardson is a member of the American Dental Association, theIndiana Dental Association, and the Indianapolis District Dental Society. Along with these memberships Dr. Richardson has takenmany hours of continuing education. Some of the courses that Dr. Richardson has taken include the following topics: Advanced Rotary Endodontics, Dental Implants, Accelerate your Practice, Invisalign, Patient Education, Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Planning, Bell Leadership, Oral Surgery, Periodontics, Pedodontics, Prothsthedontics, Oral Pathology along with Oral Cancer Screening, and Indirect and Direct Restorations.
Heidi, our Dental Hygienist, has been the stabilizer of the practice for over 15years now. Our patients love her because she is amazing, gentle, and yet very committed to making sure you have the healthiest teeth and gums possible. When you see Heidi with her family you really get to see her. She enjoys fishing with the family and holds her own when shooting her bow. Outside of the office, she can be found cheering on her kids (Molly and Will) in anything they do, reading, and watching all the Ohio sports teams.
Shelley is our Business Assistant and the first person you will see when you walk into our office. She enjoys communicating with the patients to make them feel at home while they are here. She always has a welcoming smile on her face and is eager to help. In her spare time, Shelley enjoys keeping up with current events and studying military history. Shelley loves spending time with her husband, John. Together they havetwo wonderful sons, a great daughter-in-law, and two of the cutest grandbabies! She alsoenjoysservingthe church and helping her husband in his ministry.
Jordan is our dental assistant who is dedicated to providing our patients with the best care. She has a gentle presence and enjoys keeping patients comfortable while they are in our office. Jordan has a fun sense of humor and is easy to talk to. She recently married her husband Trent in the spring of 2021 just days before starting at Richardson Dental Center. Being a newlywed, she spends most of her free time outside of the office with her husband and dogs, Juno and Oakley. She loves movies, especially anything scary! She enjoys reading, playing video games, doing crossword puzzles, and traveling.
