The doctors and staff understand that the thought of oral surgery can be stressful and possibly lead to fear and worry. Your comfort and trust are important, so they take time to demystify all aspects of your procedure and welcome the inclusion of other family during the treatment planning process.

Your doctor and the staff will walk you through your diagnosis, explaining the clinical concerns and what needs to be addressed. They will then explain the options to correct the issue, discussing what is involved, what to expect before, during, and post-surgery, and timelines. Your questions are welcomed and will be fully answered.

Throughout the treatment planning process, you will gain an understanding of the procedure and be guided to make decisions that are right for your situation. This helps to ease any anxiety and shows that your wellbeing is at the forefront of all that happens.

Dr. Richardson and Dr. Singh are both medical doctors and dentists. They have completed extensive internships and residencies in oral and maxillofacial surgery, as well as additional intensive fellowships in facial plastic surgery focused on dento-skeletal deformities.

This advanced education and training allows the doctors to manage and correct a range of injuries, defects, and diseases in the head, neck, face, jaws, and hard and soft tissues of the oral and maxillofacial region. In addition to tooth extractions and oral biopsies, the doctors have extensive experience in treating facial and jaw trauma and providing full-arch reconstruction.
