Dr. Wilson is the go to for my root canals and emergency tooth work. He does a great job explaining everything and takes the time to discuss pros and cons of various treatments. His staff is amazing and they do an excellent job as well.

Dr. Wilson and his staff were very easy to communicate with and provided services with urgency. They were kind, helpful, and performed excellent care. Great with children, and explain in details services rendered. Would recommend to anyone.

If I could give Dr. Wilson 10 stars I would. Very knowledgeable. He explained step by step each process as he was going through the procedure. I had a tooth that was infected and cracked. I called, his office personnel said come right up. It was an excellent experience made enjoyable given what needed to be done. Dr. Wilson personally called and followed up with me the next day, which is the day of this post. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

I had an impacted, infected wisdom tooth that started giving me trouble. After a sleepless night, he answered my phone call at 6 am and was able to see me at 8am. He diagnosed the problem right away and gave me options for extraction. I'm phobic so I need to be put under for that so he got me a referral to an oral surgeon and I was able to schedule consult and extraction within a few days. The tooth problem as a terrible experience, but I am very thankful that Dr. Wilson was able to see me!

While it's never a fun experience having a tooth pulled, Dr. Wilson made the experience as smooth as possible. He's quick to respond to an emergency. Also, he is deeply thorough in explaining options, procedures, aftercare, and what to expect. Dr. Wilson really seems to care about giving the best possible help, and I always felt comfortable talking with him. And I really appreciated his follow-up call.

Wilson is awesome!!! He a Answered my call on a Saturday night and pulled out my tooth that was severely infected. I probably called at least 10 other places and i couldnt get any help. I know who i am going to be using from now on.

I called the office on Sunday due severe pain from a broken tooth and jaw infection. Dr Wilson answered immediately himself. He was very kind and was able to get me in within 30 minutes of me calling. When I arrived, they took my vitals ( which I've never had a dentist do, and I actually think this is a great thing to do !) and took X-rays. Dr Wilson was very thorough in his explanations as to what was going on, and made sure to answer any questions I had. He was able to remove 2 teeth, (one which another dentist failed to remove due to not being able to properly numb me ) and didn't rush it or make me feel anxious at all. He gave me plenty of time between numbs and carefully tested my teeth to make sure I was numb before doing anything else. He made sure that I was comfortable before removing the teeth. Once he did, I felt Instant relief. Once done, he gave me very thorough after care instructions and said if I had any pain or issues to call and they would get me in right away and that I could even text the office photos if there was an issue and he could try to address if I should be seen right away or not. So I definitely highly recommend this practice!!! Very very compassionate and knowledgeable staff ! :)

What was a painful emergency last night, is just a memory today. I had been dealing with a bad toothache for a few days when it suddenly got way worse and my face swelled up. The pain was excruciating and the swelling made me very nervous about infection. I have no dental insurance and didn't know any dentists in my area. Saw the other great reviews for Dr. Wilson and figured I would give him a call. He picked up personally, at 10PM at night! I scheduled for the next morning and he opened the office for me. A few hours later, the tooth was extracted and I was on my way home. Super professional, excellent bedside manner, and the whole procedure cost way less than I was expecting. Think I found a new dentist!

Dr. Richard Wilson is awesome. I had an emergency situation with a tooth that was causing extreme pain that needed extraction. It was difficult to find a dentist who would take me the same day but after reaching out to Dr. Wilson he talked to me directly and told me to come in within a couple of hours. My whole experience there with him was very comforting from beginning to end. He always asked if it there was pain and made sure he numbed the area as much as he could so there would be the least possible pain. He is very knowledgeable and helped me understand all I needed to know about my situation. He is a good man who cares about helping people. Thank you Dr. Wilson!

Dr.Wilson &staff are GREAT! He is the best dentist I've been to(AND my 3 adult children) have seen throughout the past 20 yrs. I called him & he saw me the very next day for a cavity filling that I was very nervous about. I came out of my covid bubble which has been a concern of mine, esp being immunocompromised. They explained how the entire office is sterilized and safe. They stayed super late to fix my tooth& also made sure I was feeling less anxiety & comfortable during my visit. A friendly, caring dentist& staff is available 24/7& truly are exceptional! He even texted me the next day to see how I was feeling. I have so much trust in him& his staff (Thank you, Victoria for letting me squeeze ur hand& taking care of me!I I appreciate the extra steps they take to make everything a safe, clean & comfortable place to be. I've avoided going for over 5 years but NOW, I'm going back to get an exam&cleaning without worry of exposure to germs.

I called Dr. Wilson's office at 9:06AM on a Friday morning after suffering with a toothache for two days. I knew it needed to be extracted so I had decided I would try to find an emergency dentist. Debbie answered the phone and assured me that the doctor could take care of me that day but probably not until later in the day. An hour later, however, she called back and said to come in now - he would take care of it. By 11:00AM, I was sitting in his dental chair. When you go to an "emergency" dentist, you have no idea what you're going to get but I was desperate. I had read all of his reviews, though, and they were so positive. Of course, I was really skeptical as to whether or not the reviews were real.. After seeing Dr. Wilson, I can assure you that all of the 5 star reviews are real. He was amazing. His office is very professional as witnessed when I first met Debbie. His nurse Victoria was also very caring. And Dr. Wilson himself is terrific. He spends a lot of time taking the X-rays and explaining what's going to happen. Having a tooth extracted is not fun but, in his capable hands, it wasn't that bad. Just to know my pain would be gone was such a relief. I was out of there in two hours. Later on that day, Dr. Wilson called me to make sure I was doing ok. I've had surgeries and never had a doctor call me to see if I was ok. As if that wasn't enough, he called me the next day to check in again. So, if you're looking for an excellent dentist/oral surgeon, I highly recommend him.

Last Sunday after being in excruciating pain for 48 hrs from a bottom tooth with a hole from a cavity that had grown huge during covid quarantine, I called Dr. Wilson at 5 AM hysterical at that point & by 7 AM I was in his chair being prepared for the tooth to be removed. I am a senior with leukemia so I have not been near any people for a year and am extremely concerned about healing. I learned my bottom jaw was badly infected and was also given antibiotic meds for the week. Dr. Wilson explained everything and took his time to be sure I knew my options and understood everything he was doing. He was not judgemental. He actually felt like family. I am so grateful for him, his team, and for being available for emergencies to call at 5AM on a Sunday! !! SUGGESTION to OTHERS: Everyone should have a current, up to date printout ready to grab with your general medical information, current meds, what you are allergic to, the names of your other doctors, contact people & medical insurance info ready to grab in case you find yourself needing to see an emergency doctor or even in need of a hospital ER. You will be VERY glad you were prepared.

I cannot recommend Dr. Wilson and his team enough! I had the worst tooth pain the night before I went to his office - I was doubled over in pain and screaming. When I arrived, I was welcomed by his great staff and everything about my teeth and the procedure was explained to me in detail. I left his office feeling happier about my choices and will definitely take the drive for any procedures in the future. The one thing that stands out the most for me and my visit is how he treated me - I wasn't shamed for the state of my teeth, my insurance or my choices. He wanted to make sure that I, as a patient, was valued and I really felt that. Words cannot really describe the great treatment I received today.

I just had to write a review. I'm 19 years old. At the beginning of the pandemic I realized my two bottom wisdom teeth were grossly decayed and needed to be extracted. Since all dentist were closed because of covid I had to wait it out. When they finally opened again I tried to get an appointment. Mind you I wasn't in the best of moods, as I had been experiencing constant pain for about 6 months straight, most of it concentrated in my ears. I could hardly relax, or have fun with my mom or do really anything I wanted to do, and with college coming up soon, I knew that I wouldn't be able to concentrate on school work in this condition. All of the dentists I called were booked until August or September and I just couldn't wait any longer. I finally decided to search for "emergency dental services" and "Richard Wilson, DDS" popped up. We decided to give him a call and are so glad we did! The appointment was made the very next day. I was a first time patient, he did x-rays and pulled one of my wisdom teeth that same day(we thought it would be too dangerous to pull both at the same time)! I will definitely be going back next month to get the other one pulled. Richard and his staff were kind and made me feel safe throughout the entire procedure and even let me keep the tooth! Thank you so much!

Dr. Wilson was great! He got me in and out for my emergency treatment promptly and was great about answering all of my questions both before and afterwards. My entire family now sees him as our full time dentist. Would highly recommend!
