Took 5 months take an upper plate. Was embarrassing to go that long without teeth. He attached the plate to two existing implant posts. Alignment was so bad that both posts came out IN 4 MONTHS. AVOID!

Outstanding staff, immaculately clean office. Dr. Taylor is kind, patient, and has a great sense of humor which works wonders on nervous (me) patients. He's great with children, too. The whole staff is really. This is a wonderful family dentistry office!

Best office, the most caring dentist and staff. Dr Taylor has a gentle touch. He takes his time and listens to his patients. Very clean atmosphere, in the dental rooms there is a nice view of the trees, I love it that there isn't a view of a parking lot or a brick building, from the windows (dental rooms). Did I mention that Dr Taylor and his ladies, Cyndilee, Emma, Kristy and Margaret are AWESOME!!

After my 2nd visit with Richard A. Taylor DMD, I am nothing less than satisfied. I have had dental difficulties all of my life and have been to an myriad of dentists. I chipped my front tooth on thanksgiving and called all the local offices to find an appointment in the next week, to which none were available. Richard A. Taylor's office is out of my insurance network but they were happily available to see me the next day! From staff-to dental work-to expedience, this office has blown me away. I am more than willing to pay for an "out of network" dentist who is this superb! Thanks!!!

Had my first appointment at this office and though the news was bad the experience was painless and stress-free. I have a fear of dentistry from past experiences. The office is immaculate, the staff is friendly, Dr Taylor explained everything to me very clearly. I am thrilled to find a dentist of his caliber and only a few blocks from home! No trips to Savannah or farther to get the job done! I highly recommend Dr. Taylor!

went in for two fillings that they told me I needed so I made the choice to have silver fillings. when I got there Richard taylor looked at my mouth and told me I cannot find the second cavity. So he just does one of my cavities and he refuses to use silver. so then he only uses the tool to grind away the smallest piece of my tooth and then filled it with composite and charge me $240 which was more expensive than the two fillings I was supposed to have with only using silver fillings so I will never ever go back to this place again total ripoff taking advantage of people I'm sorry if this hurts certain people's feelings but this was a hundred percent true I'm not making this up. Also I only blame Dr Richard Taylor. and also before this visit he did a cavity on my molar and he did use silver like I wanted but I have reason to believe that he may have filled my tooth before removing all the decay because he didn't feel like dealing with what may happen if he hit my pulp cap. the reason I know this because during the procedure an inturn was present and the student was asking questions about how much farther down can he go before it's too far. And the doctor said not much farther. the whole time he kept putting this blue dye on my tooth so that he could see the areas that needed removal. and I swear that doctor filled my tooth while there was still decay all because he didn't feel like performing a root canal at that time. I'm sure that the intern was disgusted at what he saw because in this case had the inter not been there asking questions I would have never known that the doctor did this. and sure enough after the tooth was filled Dr Taylor told me that I may get some pain in this tooth in the future if I do I should come back because the decay came back and I will have to have a root canal. Freaking bs! shame on him which was more expensive than the 2 fillings I was supposed to get using silver. eceut this was 100 percent true I'm not making this up
