Clean. Prompt. Love the text reminders of appt date and time. Delightful office staff, courteous, happy. I suffered a dental trauma at 7 years old, thanks for their kindness, consideration, and gentleness, only my knuckles turn white (instead of me). Nice job!!!!!

Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Hale. I went in for a routine cleaning and check. Kitti did my cleaning and, as always, did a great job! She is always very kind and caring, and willing to put in the extra effort to make me feel comfortable with the process. I love Kitti!! I met Dr. Hale for the first time today and he was very nice. I plan to continue with Dr. Hale now that my former dentist has retired.

Excellent as always, everyone in my family has used Dr. Hales office for all dental issues and cleanings, for years. Dr. Hale did an excellent job with my dad recently with a tooth extraction, no pain and already healing quickly. I had my teeth cleaning cleaning on 2/25/22, as usual it went well, super quick and efficient. I have had different dental technicians over the years with my twice yearly cleanings and they have all been great. I would recommend Dr Hale for anyone looking for a dentist.

I've been going to Dr. Hale for a long time. I've never had a bad experience. Had a very traumatic baseball related injury where I had the top front 4 and the bottom front 4 teeth knocked out when I was 13 and he was able to save the teeth and put everything back together. I'll never use another dentist. Thank you Dr. Hale and staff!

I've gone to Dr Hale for 30+ years since i was a kid. I haven't lived in ottawa since 2004 but i've driven back to them from overland park, paola, and now spring hill because the service is great and everyone there is Awesome.

I have gone to both, Ottawa and Garnett offices for appointments. The staff is extremely friendly, I am immediately greeted with warmth when I walk in the door and the hygienists as well as doctor Hale are great about listening to my concerns, as well as being transparent about theirs. 10/10 would recommend.

I want to thank Dr. Richard Hale and his staff of really being awesome!!! I had never been to Dr. Hale before. I called his after hours line and they got me in to see him the next morning. He extracted a tooth that was really hurting. I called my regular dentist telling them of my pain, they could not get me in until August 20th. From now on Dr. Hale will be my dentist as he went above and beyond to help me. I will refer anyone and everyone to Dr. Hale.

I came in on January 11th complaining my very back molar was hurting.DR did an X-ray and said I had an abscess above the tooth in front of the one I was complaining about. That is what was causing the pain. I was told back molar did NOT have a cavity. I had the molar extracted at this office. In the office I filled out my Heath information including my allergies and that I was currently breastfeeding. The nurse confirmed my allergies with me before calling in my script... I was prescribed antibiotics and pain medication. Two days later I started having Terrible pain! The pain medication said acetaminophen/COD #3 when I read that I thought but cod #3 was a note for them because I had tooth #3 extracted.... it says take one every four hours. I took one and was still in pain so four hours later I took another. I started having hives and itching... I looked up the meds and realized it had codine in it. I called the pharmacy... not only is it not safe to take with my allergies IT IS NOT SAFE WHILE BREASTFEEDING.... I called this office after hours number right after 5:00 Friday. I told them I was in a lot of pain and the pain meds they prescribed weren't safe to take. Later that evening I called back told them I believed I had dry socket... I was told to take aspirin every four hours and sit in the recliner... UNTIL MONDAY... I called a different office early Saturday morning and even though I wasn't a patient they got me in, took care of me , had to take an X-ray to check everything... at that time they said the molar I originally was complaining about did in fact have a bad cavity... At the time of my extraction appointment the Dr seemed very rushed and smelt terribly of cigarette smoke. I went in to Dr. Hale first thing Monday to ask for my medial history and the original films from my first visit. They told me their policy is to send them to the new dentist office. I wanted them for myself they are my records.. I was told by office staff " you (meaning me) came in here looking for problems..." that I hung up on them when they "tried to help me" (the DR called me more the 24 hours LATER, with an excuse that he was ill...) I had already gotten my tooth fixed and didn't want to argue with him so I did hang up. All I came in for was my medical records and I was told by two office staff I couldn't have them... they would send them to new office. They were combative, rude, and argumentative... I will be reporting them to the board for the mishandling of my health, for them putting my breastfeeding infant at risk, and telling me I couldn't have my own medial records. I absolutely would not recommend! Attached is the healthy history showing I told them I am breastfeeding and the diagnostic exam fee(not including the treatment) I paid do go do a different dentist Saturday.

Great office. Had a few semi-major procedures preformed here in the last 18 months since moving to the area. You couldn't ask for a more friendly, competent and effective team than the one that Dr. Hale has assembled at both locations. I can't remember the last time I left a review about anything, but it's been years. That's how well today's root canal and bridge buildup went. 5 stars.
