Upon graduating from the Ohio State University Collegeof Dentistry, Dr. Baudendistelreturned to bring best-practice dental services to the community he grew up in. He is an active member of the American Dental Associationand enjoys watching his Ohio alma mater sports teams: Elder, University of Cincinnati, & the Ohio State University. Outside of work, Dr. Baudendistel likes to spend time with his family and play hockey.

Madyson joined our team in September of 2020. She works with the front desk overseeing billing and insurance as well as helps the Doctor and dental assistants in the operatories. Her knowledge on the clinical side of the office helps directly with insurance claims and treatment plans. Outside of work, Madyson loves to spend time with her daughter, travel and play soccer.

Rachael has been a dental hygienist for about 4 years. Her calm demeanor will help you to feel comfortable in the patient chair. She married her high school sweetheart in September 2021 and together they have the sweetest dog, Tucker. Outside of work, Rachael loves to go camping, hiking and play soccer!

Megan is a dental assistant with over 10 years of experience. She is eager to learn and very versatile in the field. Megan understands the fear a lot of people have about going to the dentist and prides herself on helping patients feel comfortable and at ease- you can count on her to share a laugh with you. Outside of work, Megan enjoys visiting the beach and spending time with her husband and kids.

Dental hygienist who provides preventative care while making your visit fun and informative. Enjoys fishing, frisbee golf, and zip-lining. Do an impersonation of Sheldon, from the Big Bang Theory, to really get her laughing.

Registered Dental Hygienist with 35 years of expertise and knowledge. She encourages and advises patients on preventative care for their teeth and helps them feel comfortable in our office. Outside of the office Debbie enjoys horseback riding, hiking, travel and quilting.

Registered Dental Hygienist who has 40 years of private practice experience. She enjoys providing guidance to each patient and encourages them to have a lifetime of good health habits. Debbie is married with two children and two grandchildren.

Dental Assistant since 2005. She loves getting to know the patients and making their visit fun. Mary Beth is a native west sider, along with her husband Mike, two daughters, and pet dog! She enjoys photography, art, baking, traveling, and the outdoors. But most of all, she loves spending time with her family.
