Dr. Richard Walker is a Southwest Washington native who graduated high school from Yelm. Currently, Richard and his two sons, Sebastian and Saunder, live in Adna. Lewis Countys outdoor resources and community were a natural fit for Dr. Walkers interests.

Dr. Walker is sympathetic to the burden on not having dental benefits. To help those without dental benefits, Dr. Walker has not raised fees since 2008 and additionally increased discounts for payment upfront (to those without dental benefits) from 10% to 15%! Also, we provide some in-house financing and offer Care Credit.
We welcome children in our office and make an effort to ensure that each visit is as positive as possible. Parents are encouraged to accompany their child into the room to discuss procedures or ask questions. Once your child is approximately 6 months old and after their first tooth erupts, it is a good time to bring them to a family dentist.

Dr. Walker went to undergrad at Western Washington University and finally the University of Washington School of Dentistry where he graduated from in 2003. He has been practicing ever since Chehalis at his current location next to Safeway on Market Street.
Beyond dental school Dr. Walker has had advanced training in endodontics (root canals), cosmetic dentistry, surgery, and implantology. He continues to keep up to date on the latest evidenced based dentistry courses and applies this knowledge to his patients. In addition to being formally well trained, he is an extremely compassionate and caring dentist working with his patients at their own pace. Dr. Walker has a wonderful reputation with apprehensive patients and children alike demonstrating multiple tools to make the experience more tolerable and even enjoyable. His most valuable tool though is his highly skilled and personable staff.
