Dr. Gapper and his whole staff were amazing. They take pride in their work and it shows. They make sure to educate you fully on how everything works and better yet how to prevent damage from taking place in the future. The office is beautiful and inviting and they even have refreshments in the lobby while you wait. It's been about 2 weeks after my surgery and everything is healing up great. My wife is now scheduling her appointment. Thank you Dr. Gapper & Staff you guys are awesome

I had surgery for receding gums with Dr. Gapper. All the staff were very kind and pleasant. I had my gum consultation and was told how much I was would have to pay for one quadrant. It sounded overpriced but I paid it expecting good results. A couple days later, I came back after paying a deposit and right before he started, the medical assistant said I forgot to sign one paper. It said that he does not guarantee that the procedure will cover the exposed roots. I was shocked but signed thinking this is just a standard for gum surgery. I thought I was going to get a gum graft as we had discussed but surprised that he instead put donor gum grafts. I wish he would have given me the option since my own roof skin/gum would have been a better long term solution. After paying an the balance I expect good results. I noticed that he did not touch a incisor tooth that I thought would have been worked on and covered up a bit when I got home. After a couple months have passed I am extremely disappointed in the temporary results. The donor gum graft seems like it did not do much. Again after paying so much money, I expected good results. I would recommend you go somewhere else. The staff was kind but kindness doesn't fix my gum issues and all the money I paid.
