PATIENT BEWARE PATIENT BEWARE PATIENT BEWARE. I really wish I could leave less than 1 star. Just to let you know this unbelievable experience happend about 2 years ago but it has taken me this long to work up the courage to this but I feel very strongly that present and future patient have to know the truth. My family and I had gone to this practice for many years and finally saw their true colors. It is all about money greed and doing unnecessary work at that appointment to meet quotas. My husband was told they "squeezed" him in for jaw pain emergency finding out it was a sinus infection and walking out with 2 crowns was just unbelievable. The staff is on a bonus system with the Dr. and defended him all the way. This is the most dishonest practice I can ever say I have been aassociated with. What added insult to injury here is I had been a dental assistant for over 23 years and they treated me like a random patient who had no idea how totally dishonest they were. I too trusted this practicefand for all those patients leaving positive reviews I promise you their true colors will show. After writing this I am filing a complaint with the board. I really wanted to sue this Dr. for malpractice but that really wasn't in the cards. So I am telling future patients "BEWARE" You have been warned. And if you have to use this dentist get a second opinion. Don't trust what you hear. I just wish now my husband would have gone to our wonderful Physician first but I quess we would not have found out what a disgrace this dentist is to the profession.

ll staff were extremely polite, competent, and helpful. My extensive problems were handled promptly. They are current in dental practices and equipment. Also they discovered a problem that is causing other health issues.

It a nice place: a beautiful house on the water (probably the back is water), quiet, serene. I was served few minutes later than my appointment, not hours later like liters places, and they were very professional.

Buyer Beware. I thought about letting this go but it makes sense to warn others who plan on seeing this dentist. I recently moved back to FL and needed to find a new dentist. It had been a couple of years since I had a cleaning and needed to get one done (although I floss and brush regularly) and made an appointment with this dentist's office, which is furnished with upscale and updated equipment. The dental assistant applied various diagnostic tools but began her interaction with her observation of my "narrow breathing passage" (?!). I told her that in all my years, I'd never had anyone mention that. She said (and I paraphrase), "The doctor does surgery to fix that." I thought it was an odd remark. Among other things, I'm a breathwork teacher and have excellent spacious breathing but I'm still trying to figure out what she was getting at. All I can assume is that she was trying to upsell me at the very beginning of this ill-fated visit (who knows who will respond to a perceived threat that they have a breathing issue!). Anyway, they came away telling me that I had 2 (or 3, I don't remember) cavities and periodontal/gum disease. That what I needed was comprehensive periodontal scaling to debride (remove) the subgingival bacteria. AND not only that, that this procedure (only $873!) would have to be done every 3 months. That's right, $873 every 3 months. By this time, I was scratching my head because I've had a history of healthy teeth (a few cavities here and there and a couple of crowns) but no gum disease. Yes, it had been a couple of years since I had seen a dentist but I was in absolute disbelief that there would be this much happening in my mouth. It intuitively felt wrong... there was a red flag that went up for me - especially when I requested "could you please just do a regular cleaning" and they went into this song-and-dance of how it would be illegal (they used that word!) to do that when they were aware that I needed more. That they could lose their license. UPSHOT. I went to a different dentist and got the whole work-up again. The dentist said my teeth and gums looked to be in excellent shape and I needed nothing more than a good cleaning and an electric toothbrush, because some gum recession revealed I was brushing too hard. Yes, I swallowed hard that I needed to pay to get a 2nd opinion (I don't have dental insurance) but, as you can see, it's a good thing I did. If I were you reading this review, I'd suggest simply forego the deceptive tactics of a dentist looking to enlarge his ROI on the backs of unsuspecting patients who simply want good, honest dental care.

Eight of us went in together. Everyone was very accommodating, going out of their way to make us comfortable, and the whole team worked efficiently to complete our work quickly. They were considerate that we were waiting for all eight to finish. Very professional and considerate. Our best dentist appointment yet.

Went in July 2020. Office was packed. Lots of patients. Being a new patient, I had x-rays, cleaning, needed 3 fillings, and a mouthguard made. They got everything done! Were very fast, efficient, and pleasant to be with. This one's a keeper.

If you want quick, honest, accurate assessment of your teeth and an amazing staff this is the place to go! After trying to find out answers of why I had such tooth pain I came here. They rushed me in for an x-ray. Within minutes they located the problem that another dentist office spent three hours trying to figure out with no answers. Dr. Krawczyk and his staff are brilliant, nice, friendly and make your visit as smooth as possible. My problem was fixed and they saved my tooth! No need to ever look for another dentist!

I came to this Dentist as an emergency and I was so scared but Dr Krawczyk was very gentle and caring. He was able to address my dental emergency same day. Got me out of pain and I must say it was the best dental experience I've ever had. They have latest technology to make you feel so comfortable. Painless digital xrays, etc. I must add: "He has a wonderful staff and they were all so caring. They treat you like family. I recommend him . Thank you Dr K and staff :)

How many of these 5 star reviews are real? Or are these just for trying to get a free teeth whitening! Dr kraw had a little placard on his counter asking anyone who gives him a 5 star review will have their name put in the bucket for a free teeth whitening drawing! So don't let all these 5 star reviews Fool You! Is what you would call Fake Reviews? Wouldn't a trustworthy dentist rather have 5 star review based on his work rather baiting his patients? To be continued
