I can't say enough great words about Dr Neal and his staff because there are not enough words. What I can say is fabulous. I went in as a stuffed pig and came out a happy Cheshire cat. Thank you!!!!!!

Dr. Neal, Cathy, and the rest of the staff at the office were really fantastic. They were pleasant and reassuring, yet entirely professional and efficient. I went in for a molar extraction, and the entire process was painless - figuratively and literally. I highly recommend Dr. Neal and his team.

Dr Neal and his staff are outstanding and very professional. I recently completed an implant procedure and the finished crown was flawless Great experience. Dr Neal really knows his stuff.

Always a pleasure! From the front office staff to the hygienists to the doctor, professionalism and playfulness define this practice. The jokes begin in the front parking lot with the Three Stooges parking sign and continue through every visit. But for one unpleasant experience, my hygienists have been top-notch: warm, compassionate, willing to answer any questions and explain any remarks made regarding my oral care. As for the one poor experience, I simply asked not to see that hygienist again and haven't; problem solved.

The office that staff is extremely helpful everyone in this practice is amazing and kind dr. Neal is the best dentist ever found he's amazing and he can do work that I've never seen another dentist be able to do highly recommended if you can get in as a new patient that would be the absolute best he is amazing

Okay so imagine you're a 16 year old who has never been to the dentist before due to financial reasons. Totally scared go to your local dentist in town, thoughts to the worst but hoping for the best. You explain to the assistant that you're a bit scared but they just nod that off. Turns out you have eight cavities and you find that out by being scolded like you're 10 years old. You get downright blown into a panic when they tell you that you're going to have to get a root canal and instead of trying to calm you down they push you out the door with a pamphlet for an oral surgeon 50 miles away. Gets even more terrified when I have to go to another dentist in Portsmouth, but instead of being scolded, I was reassured by this new dentist that everything would be fine and he helped me get through my first fillings and explained what would happen for my root canal. My dentist in Portsmouth is 120x more helpful and kind than the people here.

Omg I cancelled once because I'm so scared of the dentist and having my teeth pulled without being knocked out BUT Dr. Neil and his staff were so nice and understanding to me, They made me feel so comfortable and helped me with my Anxiety. They made me going to the Dentist a Great Experience and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going there and next time I need a tooth pulled or fixed he is my 1st choice A++++++++++
