We are a father-daughter team dedicated to restoring and enhancing your natural smile using a conservative approach with state-of-the-art dental technology to create a beautiful and long-lasting result. Dr. Richard Gross DDS has been practicing in the Heritage Professional Building for almost 30 years! He is dedicated to providing dental care with a standard of excellence and quality. Recently his daughter, Dr. Kelsey, has joined the practice! She is learning from his example in creating long-lasting patient relationships and providing exceptional dental care. We focus on thorough exams and strive to educate our patients on dental health and preventative care.
Richard Gross, DDS graduated from Ohio State University in 1985. He continues to educate himself in the latest dental technology. Although Dr. Gross practices all aspects of family dentistry, he specializes in aesthetic and reconstructive dentistry. He belongs to three ongoing dental study clubs, and takes 3 times the amount of continuing dental education credit hours as are required by law. When a new technology is truly ready for the marketplace, he is eager to introduce it to his patients.
Dr. Kelsey joined her dad in practice in 2014. She graduated from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry in May 2014 with her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. She was previously a Solon High School cheerleader and attended OSU for her bachelor's degree in biology, graduating in 2010. Dr. Kelsey is a certified Invisalign provider and would love to improve and straighten your smile today!
Simone is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from Ohio State University in 1982. She has been with Dr. Gross since the opening of the Solon practice in 1990. Simone will make your teeth shine through routine dental cleanings with her 'gentle' touch. Simone will help you to relax with her great conversation and make you feel like part of our family.
Nikki is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from Ohio State University program in 2003, and has been working with Dr. Gross since 2004 as a dental hygienist. Nikki will help you improve your dental health with routine dental cleanings, and oral cancer screenings. Nikki loves to help children learn the importance of good dental health by teaching them how to properly brush and care for their teeth. She will be happy to answer any of your dental questions or concerns.
My husband and I enjoy spending quality time with our 3 children, 2 dogs, and our cat. We enjoy watching our kids' sporting events, boating with friends, and spending quality time with extended family.
Jenny is a certified dental assistant. She has been working with Dr. Gross since 2013. She has been in the dental field since 2001. She will make you feel comfortable and at ease during your dental visit.
Nicole is our front desk manager and receptionist and has been with us since July 2015. She has been working in the dental industry for over 5 years and loves what she does. She is very experienced in working with many different insurance companies. When you come into the office she will help you with any questions you may have.
Jessica is a registered dental hygienist. She graduated from Youngstown State University in 2004. She has been working with Dr Richard and Kelsey since August of 2018. Jessica will make your teeth shine with routine dental cleanings, periodontal procedures, and annual x-rays.
Kimberly is a registered dental hygienist and has been working with Drs Gross since April of 2019. Kimberly graduated from Cuyahoga Community College in 2019 with her dental hygiene degree, after serving in the US Navy for 9 years.
Brandy is a certified dental assistant and has been working with Dr Kelsey since April 2019. Brandy has worked in dentistry since 2003 when she finished school at the Akron Institute of medical and dental assisting. Brandy will make you feel comfortable during your dental procedures!

Not very accommodating for challenging scheduling situations. I was called rude after I said that I don't need a person repeating a sentence 3 times as I am calling for a solution which in that case would have been a simple how about we reschedule you. The other 2 times services for annual check up and cleaning were professional and good.

I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Kelsey, the dentist has always felt like such scary/traumatic experience, but my anxiety's and fears were taken seriously before any procedure making it easy for me to go to the dentist, get the required medications I needed to do that, and not feel so overwhelmed. I used to feel extremely overstimulated and insecure about the dentist which caused me to avoid it but I'm so happy with my experiences here. Thank you for making it a comfortable Dr. Kelsey and the rest of the staff:)))

Wow!! Completely blown away by how kind and friendly every single person I interacted with was. Highly recommend this place!! The hygienist was very gentle and even though I was pregnant and my teeth were extra sensitive, I experienced no discomfort whatsoever. Everyone was so kind that I actually left the dentist in a better mood than when I came in!!

I was looking for a new dentist and this practice came highly recommended from my wife's periodontist. My new dentist is Dr. Kelsey Gross DDS and I don't think that I could have made a better selection. Kelsey is an outstanding dentist. Her hygienist, Jessica, is the best hygienist that I have had and the entire staff is professional, personable and attentive.

I can't begin to express how happy and grateful I am to have found this practice. I have gone through several years of significant dental issues which have been difficult and anxiety provoking, specifically because I have had previous negative experiences with dentists. During the process of finding someone who would be compassionate as well as effective in finding ways to manage and improve my situation, I was fortunate to have multiple people recommend the office of Dr. Gross and Dr. Gross. I immediately felt welcome in the office, and both doctors have gone above and beyond to take the time to answer questions and concerns, and always make an effort to put patients at ease. The work that has been done has been done with immense care and it is clearly a priority that every step necessary is taken to make sure that patients leave with a positive experience and outcome. Everyone I have interacted with, including the wonderful hygienists and the amazing office staff, are always happy to answer any question or concern and are willing to spend time and effort into making sure the patient is happy. I can't thank this office enough for everything they've done so far, and I can say for the first time in my life, going to the dentist is not only NOT anxiety provoking, but it's actually a very positive experience.

We went to this dentist after having major dental surgery done and they have been fantastic. They have been straight with us about what needs done right away and what we can wait on. They are also great about making sure things are covered by insurance. We will be switching everyone over to them

Great dentists. The best I've been to, I drive from Grand Rapids MI to get my dental work done here for a reason. Can't say enough good things about how good and how painless they are. If you are traumatized by sh*ty dentists like I am, this is the place to come to! A+!

Dr. Kelsey Gross has been my dentist for several years, and I go for regular cleanings twice per year. The cleanings are the most thorough I've ever had in my life! I love that they explain what they are doing so you're fully informed. The staff and dental hygienists are so skilled, friendly and caring! I highly recommend them for any of your dental needs.

I just recently started going to this office. I would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends. Everyone who works there is so pleasant and professional. I cannot say enough about how helpful and comforting it has been to finally find a dentist I can trust. They are thorough and attentive to all of my dental needs and very accommodating to my work schedule, even offering a few days per week with evening hours!

My fiance and I love this office and will never go to a another after finding this one. Nicole at the front desk has such a welcoming personality so every experience there has an excellent start. The Doctors are very professional and precise with their work! Dr. Kelsey takes pictures throughout the process so you are not kept in the dark with what is going on throughout procedures, she makes sure you're comfortable and taken care of and does exceptional work. The hygienists are amazing with educating patients and taking take of you like a number one priority, Mrs. Carol the hygienist is both of our favorite! They go above and beyond what any other Dentists, hygienists and assistants we have encountered has done. 11/10 recommend this office to all of my friends and family.
