Great place for your dental work. My family and I have been patients for almost three years now. Apart from being an expert dentist Dr. Richard is a kind gentleman with excellent bedside manners. The entire staff over here works as a great team. They are very polite, cooperative and understanding in all respects. I strongly recommend this place for your dental work. I am rewriting the above review. I am afraid I have to downgrade this Dentist office. Initially Dr. Richard and his office staff looked great but since the beginning of this year my wife and I have experienced poor quality work. For example, my wife had a root canal treatment done after which she had to undergo a "Retreat" with a specialist because the quality of Root Canal Treatment was poor. She suffered lot of pain but now she is okay. Credit goes to the specialist. The same thing has happened to me now. God only knows if this is due to poor quality work or accidental or something else. With the exception of Ms.Elizabeth and Ms.Selina in the staff, all others have become ARROGANT and do not answer your questions properly. Infact, I had to schedule an appointment just to have some of my questions answered. Dr. Richard never listens to his patients properly. It's a one way traffic. Anyway, I am moving over to another dentist this month. When I told them that my insurance plan has changed they did not even try to retain me. They just don't seem to care. All in all I do NOT recommend this place.

I love both the dentist's and the staff. They are so friendly and explain all the procedures before they do the work. I am so afraid of the dentist. Dr Richard goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Gusilatar for several years. He is extremely professional and has a wonderful bed side manner. And, his staff is the nicest! Also, very professional and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Gusilatar.

I highly recommend Dr. Richard's office as they are the best of the best and their service worth every penny. The best part is their warranty so you don't need to pay if something goes wrong. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming, and all staff well trained. Highly recommended

This office has become dirty and potentially unsanitary. There are cracks in the walls and the floor was filled with dinginess. There was one employee walking around without a mask. They x-rayed my child 14 times to get 8 good ones. I now find out that 4 is the most a patient should have for x-rays in a day. I am concerned for the health and safety of current patients. I am saddened to have to share this but I think all need to know the current state of the business.

I was Terrified to go to the Dentist because I have had bad experiences. This office has friendly staff and went the extra mile to insure I had a positive pain free visit. Best Dental Experience I Have Ever Had!
