I have been a patient of Dr. Mark for over 30 years. I believe he and his staff have been key to my improved oral health and I'd like to tell everyone how great it is to have the kind of service offered at this facility. Thanks to you all at Dr. Mark's office.

I haven't had a dentist for about 4 years or so, since I always went to the same family practice where I grew up. I had my first checkup as a new patient in about an hour a few weeks ago and just had a filling checked on in even less time. The process was very quick and probably one of the most professional jobs I've ever had on my teeth. Thank you!!

Dr Richard is skilled and personable. The office is immaculate with state of the art technology. I've lived on both coasts and received dental care from many, and the team in this office rank with the best providers to date. Dr. Jeff spent an hour drilling and filling hard to reach teeth. When I got home and looked in my mouth, I was amazed. The work was unnoticeable. The procedure was totally pain free! Dr. Jeff did excellent job crowning bottom left molar. Very capable dentist. Hard repair, but he did it painlessly!

Mark Family Dental's staff was exceptionally personable and welcoming. My experience was beyond fantastic! I drove around an hour to my appointment to try them out as I had heard great things about them. I will continue to drive that drive because I am certain I am in good hands. I saw Dr. Jeff during my appointment and was impressed with his ability to help me understand what I needed to do for my treatment plan. Overall, Mark Family Dental is a top notch business with advanced technology. I would highly recommend trying them out.

They take really good care of their patients and care about each one! The Staff is very friendly and the office has a great personal family feel. We have always had a good experience even with our young kids. Their hygienists are also very experienced. Would definitely recommend this dental practice!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Mark is so pleasant, informative and invested in making your visit positive. He tells you what to expect and gives you options. I really appreciate the office and staff who take time with each patient.

They do fantastic work and I'm always happy to go to the dentist to see friendly faces. They truly care about their patients and I've been blessed to have them work on my teeth for over ten years. Made me pay cash up front for an emergency visit stating it would be returned to me after my insurance paid. Told him and his staff I had no deductible but was in no position to argue after lots of pain killers at the emergency room. Insurance paid in full two weeks later. I'm still waiting for the refund. It's been 10 weeks now. The alleged manager is never in and refuses to return my calls. He also attempted to make me agree to all kindsorts of unnecessary treatment when I was no condition to do so. He did nothing that was helpful or beneficial in any way. Next step is I guess is the Missouri insurance commission to start a fraud investigation. Too bad, all I wanted was the refund due me.
