Dr. Zhu did a filling for me that was very deep. She was very gentle and knowledgeable. Tooth looks great, can't even tell there is a filling on the tooth.

I met Dr. Wendy Zhu today who will be taking over the practice for Dr. Silvestri. Dr. Zhu did a procedure and completly explained the process and options and fixed the issue. Peggy the hygienist is wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Zhu and the BriteSmile staff.

Dr. Silvestri is my son's dentist and I had a problem with a tooth while visiting for a family wedding. They were able to squeeze me in at short notice and diagnosed my tooth issue quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this practice to anyone who lives in the Cranford area.

This person is the reason why people fear dentists. I thought it was just me, after he saw no cavity on my x-rays and he immediately recommended a root canal. I stopped seeing him after a second dentist said that was absurd. My wife also had the same experience. Beware.

Went today for pulling out a bad tooth It's done in less than 10 minutes and with no pain. Dr kept checking how i feel and ensured no pain. Hearty thanks Dr. Richard.

Dr. Silvestri is amazing! I am in nursing, but fear Dentists and he is very gentle. His work is perfection! He fixed my front tooth this morning and my smile is as good as new, most of all...it was painless. His office staff are very kind, caring and professional! Go see Dr. Silvestri! He's the best!!!

I've been going to Dr. Silvestri for almost 30 years. He's completely competent, caring & reasonable as is his staff. He's always pleasant and explains everything completely. I only had one problem with billing in all that time time & when I questioned it, it was taken care of immediately. Bottom line is that I feel no hesitation in completely recommending him.

I have dental insurance that covers most dental work but I Was given 3 different prices on multiple occasions for a root canal, post, and crown by the dentist and billing. After payments were setup to cover the difference the amount continued to grow and was sent to collections because of the variation in pricing. Dental work was never completed. Very disappointing to have to deal with this.
