Richard E Scheetz Jr. DDS, MS - Oral surgeon in Dublin, OH

As the practice grew in size, the decision was made to open a second location. In 2000, a new, state-of-the-art surgical suite was constructed on Bradenton Avenue near the Tuttle Mall. Eventually, the Dublin location became the sole office for the practice and through the years we have continued to make the office technologically advanced in order to serve our patients better.

In 2010, Dr. Greg Rekos joined the practice as an associate and three years later he became a partner in the practice. Together, our doctors have developed an outstanding surgical practice, equipped with a compassionate and caring team of professionals, advanced technological tools, and a friendly, safe environment for our patients.

Worst experience with a doctor's office I've had in my adult life. My original consultation was October 2020. I started treatment in December 2020 with an orthodontist based on the course of treatment laid out by Dr Scheetz. In March of 2021 I can began to contact their office to schedule a follow up appointment and surgery date. Since then I've called every 1-2 weeks and have yet to be able to reach someone to book an appointment. I've spoken with reception, left voicemails with the manager, explained that this is holding up my treatment plan, asked to switch doctors. I've even had the orthodontist's office call twice and still no response. At this point, I have requested a refund, and plan to file a formal complaint with the medical board . It's a shame because I've heard so many great things about Dr Scheetz as a surgeon, and my consultation went well. Unfortunately the administrative side is so poor that I'm forced to move on.

Thought I would leave a review since there aren't that many and one negative one is pulling the rating down. Nice place, professional staff, took all 4 of my wisdom teeth out with next to no pain, and they also called later that day to make sure I was doing ok.

Dr Rekos is excellent in his service as well as a good communicator as to your needs and the procedure. The personnel, business and health assistant are all communicative about the preparation and needs during your procedure. The business people communicate well and are welcoming. True experts and professional. The best of my 2 experiences.
