Dr. Richard Gift, a lifelong Cleveland area resident, serves as an orthodontist in Parma, OH. He graduated from Chagrin Falls High School and matriculated to Ohio Wesleyan University and Case Western Reserve School of Dentistry. Richard received his orthodontist training and was inducted into the honorary dental fraternity Omicron Kappa Upsilon, which is reserved for the top 10% of each class.
Dr. Gift is a Diplomat of The American Board of Orthodontics and is board certified by The American Association of Orthodontics. This is a distinction that only about one-third of orthodontic specialists possess. Throughout his career, Dr. Gift has stayed involved with teaching orthodontics. Richard taught at the graduate orthodontic departments of Case Western Reserve University, St Louis School of Dentistry, and West Virginia University.
With over 25 years of experience dedicated entirely to the specialty of orthodontics, Dr. Gift is an eminently qualified orthodontist specialist. Currently, he is on the teaching staff at the Charles H. Tweed Foundation which conducts post-graduate orthodontic education for orthodontists from all over the world.
As well, Dr. Gift owns and operates his orthodontic practice named, Richard E. Gift, DDS, MS, along with being married with five children. Richard likes to golf, read, travel, and spend time with his family.
