Dr DeVita preformed a root canal for me in June of 2021. After getting another abscess on the same tooth, I went to my DDS. He suggested I call Dr DeVita to see if he could take a look at his notes to see if there was an issue when performing the root canal. Dr DeVita's office told me I could come in and, for a fee, he could review the notes, but the Dr does not warranty his work. Now, I can either go to another Endodontist who will give me their opinion on whether I should have the area retreated or have the tooth extracted and decide whether I want an implant. I wish I read some of the bad reviews first before going to Dr DeVita.

The staff informed me that they verified my coverage, and I only owed $400 only to receive $1100 bill SEVEN MONTHS later stating insurance didn't cover it. But they verified it supposedly? and never ONCE contacted me in those seven months to let me know SO i can follow up with Insurance on time. Then they send me a collections letter. Not the way to do business in my eyes. Would not recommend.

Dr. DeVito and his staff are awesome. From making the appointment (which they were able to get me in the next day) to the procedure the whole experience was great if you can call a root canal great. Dr. DeVito was very informative and patient with his explanation of the procedure. Very efficient and even took care of putting in the permanent filling for me so I would not have to go back to my dentist. Good thing he did because I later found out my dentist's office is closed due to storm damage from the hurricane that hit the area a few weeks ago. If I ever need another root canal or endodontic procedure I will drive the 40 miles from my home again to visit Dr. DeVito. He and his entire staff were GREAT!!! Thank you for helping me feel better!

For such a not fun thing to have done, Dr Devita and his team were wonderful for my root canal! The office is clean and beautiful. They got me back right on time and took prompt care of my needs. And the nice radio station for background music was an added bonus to help distract me from all the action in my mouth. Would definitely recommend this office!

Dr Devita. The painless root canal doctor. He did my root canal in less than 45min like a real pro. No pain at all. He told me the tooth will be shore and sensitive for about a week. I have no pain. Just some sensitivity when I bite down. I was very skeptical going to his office. I left the office smiling. I am on my second day after the procedure very happy.. The office ladies very friendly and helpfull. Thank you very much.

Dr. DeVita has performed several root canals for me over the decades. In the earlier procedures, my outcomes were good & the staff was nice. I have since had 3 root canals in less than 10 years fail within an unusual period of time. The last tooth was done in March 2016...and needed to be 're-treated' by August 2020... which is to basically have an additional $1300+ root canal procedure all over again. Another root canal...that was originally done in 2014... failed in 2019. The staff is still nice, but I believe that the Drs skills are deteriorating.

I never look forward to a root canal, but I must tell you that Dr. DeVita was amazing. The root canal was fast and painless (the only thing that hurt was the numbing shots!). His office staff is great and Meghan was a delightful dental assistant. I wholeheartedly recommend this office!

You can always count on Dr. Richard DeVita to tell you the truth about whether or not you need a root canal... And to perform your root canal with excellence and kindness! I have consulted with Dr. DeVita, several times for root canal evaluation and treatment. Always very satisfied!! CATHERINE VASQUEZ

I cannot even begin to describe how satisfied I am with this office! I've had many visits and I've been 100% satisfied each time. I've even had to call from out of town for emergency help and they never hesitated or resisted. They treated me like family. I don't normally write comments online but this office has gone above and beyond to help me out. They truly care and it's more about me, then my money. My favorite part too is how the doctor hums a tune while working on me, which helps A TON! It gives me peace knowing hes at peace.

Very kind, compassionate, and good people. Having a root canal done, I was very worried about the pain. Pretty painless and was finished in 45 minutes. Before, during, and after my root canal everyone made me feel at ease. Dr. Devita put in a permanent filling for NO CHARGE. Everyone was so kind and compassionate, even printed out a coupon for my medication. You're not going to find a better Endodontist! I highly recommend Richard Devita to anyone looking to have their teeth worked on. :)

Over all a great experience! I had 3 root canals and was in and out. There was no wait and the staff told me exactly how much it was going to be with no surprises. Dr. Devita was super friendly and did all 3 root canals with no pain. They were very informative for the after care as well as explaining what was being done. I highly recommend Dr. Devita.
