Don't go there you hear me!!! I went for cleaning i get numbed and they were about to start root filling and even worse they were rude!!!! 1st of all Before u approach a patient you should explain what are you doing and that part was missing! 2nd we are human beings we do mistake when u do apologize and try to fix it; acting frustrated or upset doesn't help me or make me feel better about the day i took off to see my dentist! I filed a complaint through my insurance company

I am truly grateful to the wonderful people at Richard Cohen's dental clinic. They addressed my emergency in the most humane, merciful, and considerate way. Within minutes, I was seen by the able hygienist "Colly", had an X-ray, examined by her and seen by Dr Cohen. Paulette, was instrumental in facilitating my accommodation within their busy schedule. The care and empathy the team has shown makes me very eager To return for the regular visit . Thank you all.

Great dentist & staff. He is always on time with no wait time. Everyone is friendly & respectful & yes does have a sense of humor which makes me feel more comfortable & relaxed. With any appointments yes be on time & do not just show up, this causes delays with other patients appointments & care.

Horrible. Would not recommend. Dentist has bad sense of humor and they have a dumb policy that if they are unable to reach you 48 hours before your appointment they automatically cancel your appointment and give it to someone else.

I never actually got to meet Dr. Cohen, but I drove an 1 and a half just to find out they are not wheelchair accessible. They did nothing to accommodate me or follow ADA guidelines.

Always a good experience. Reminder call from front desk is helpful and the tech and dentist always thoroughly explain what they're doing. Dr. Cohen does have a sense of humor but it's a nice distraction from having your teeth drilled or being numbed - he talks and jokes around to be friendly and create a positive dental experience. They may not have flat screens or decor but who LIKES the dentist?? Just pick up the phone when they call and show up on time. One late person can shift the entire scheduled day so just be courteous and call ahead of time if you can't make it.

Very sketchy Cohen is. Almost certain he is commiting a health care fraud scheme in which he bills numerous dental insurance carriers for services that were never provided to patients, as well as other fraudulent tactics. Very disappointed to say the least!
