Orthodontics is a unique profession because I have the opportunity to change someones life every day. I often think how truly blessed I am to be an orthodontist. Owning my own practice while treating so many unique people every day for the last 21years has been professionally and personally rewarding. It is an honor for patients to trust me with their smiles.

I love to watch patients as they progress through their orthodontic treatment. As their teeth and facial features improve, so do their confidence and self-esteem. Orthodontics has a dramatic effect on the way the world views you and the way you view the world. My goal is much more than straight teeth. I want to give my patients the confidence to face life!

To increase my knowledge and provide cutting-edge care, I attend national, regional, and local orthodontic and dental meetings to keep up with the latest trends in orthodontics as well as general dentistry. I am an active member of the Southern Association of Orthodontists, the Kentucky Association of Orthodontists, and the Purchase Area Dental Society.

I received many honors and academic awards in dental school for being at the top of my class, but my greatest honor came when I graduated from my orthodontic training. Two of the longest tenured and highly respected orthodontic faculty told me I was the most particular resident they had every taught in the 25-year history of the orthodontic department at the University of Louisville.

My friendly, caring, and fun staff puts each patient at ease and treats every patient like a member of the family. My staff cares about each individual patients success and comfort. Most importantly, we all have fun with our patients and each other.

I am a Paducah native and am extremely proud to be a part of this wonderful community. I sponsor our PTSO, the local fall and spring festivals, and numerous youth sports teams. I am also involved with Rebuilding Together, a local organization that refurbishes homes for those in need.

My wife Angie and I have been married for 25years. We have two children, Ansley and Ayden, our cats named Onyx and Stormy, and now a family dog, Oreo! As a family, we feel truly blessed to be back in our hometown close to our family and friends.

Ive always enjoyed playing basketball and graduated from Heath High School in 1989 while my wife graduated from Lone Oak High School. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, my church family, working out, reading, and playing golf. Im also restoring my very first car: a 1967 Chevelle SS!

I have been a receptionist at Rice Orthodontics since September of 2020. Since joining the team, I have met so many wonderful people. I love what I do, and I feel my position here fits my personality perfectly. My goal is to always greet everyone with the utmost respect and make everyone feel welcomed. I enjoy seeing the smiles that come through the office especially the happiness that comes after patients have completed treatment.

My husband Justus and I have been married since 2002. We have three beautiful children, Jayda, Jailyn, and Landon, and two furry pets named Stark and Ollie. In my personal life, I LOVE working out, and lifting weights in the comfort of my garage gym before getting ready for work. It helps me to get my day started and my mind focused. After work and on weekends, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching movies, shopping, traveling, and photography.

I have had the pleasure of being the financial coordinator at Rice Orthodontics since 2019. I absolutely love my job. I not only get to interact the patients, but also their parents. One of my favorite things about my job is getting to see the before and after photos we take of the kids. How much they grow, the changes they go through, and the beautiful smiles they are so proud of at end of treatment. I feel blessed beyond measure to get to work here. I am so thankful to get to spend my workdays with Dr. Rice and the awesome ladies I work with. We have lots of fun, with lots of laughter.

My husband Kemble and I have three fun-loving kids, Kaitlinn, Karsen, and Konner, as well as five grandchildren, Noah, Lilly, Oliver, Owen, and Sawyer. In my spare time, I love to camp and trail ride with my horses Durango and Kruz. If I'm not camping, I'm with my kids and the menagerie of animals we have. My favorite time is when all the kids are home and the house is full of noise and food. I am so thankful for the life God has allowed me to live.

I have been at Rice Orthodontics since 2013. I have had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people! I enjoy building friendships with our patients and their parents and seeing how patients gain confidence as they see the change in their appearance. Those finished smiles, and the pure happiness on a patient's face at the end of treatment is the highlight of my work. I really appreciate how Dr. Rice and my coworkers strive to keep our patients comfortable and excited about their treatment and make it a fun experience for everyone. I am truly blessed to work with such a great group of people.

My husband Derek and I have three children: Lauren, Reagan, and Kaitlyn, as well as a dog named Luna and a cat named Spencer. Outside of work, I enjoy home improvement projects, hiking, shopping, and reading. Church is an important part of my life as well. I love participating in and teaching women's Bible study groups.

I have been a clinical orthodontic assistant for Dr. Rice for 18 years. I've always loved interacting with people of all ages, but kids are my passion. I try very hard to make everyone feel comfortable when they arrive in our office. With 30 years of experience in orthodontics, the greatest part of my job is seeing the satisfaction on each patient's face when treatment is completed and they can't stop smiling. That's when I know that I've helped someone feel better about themselves. Dr. Rice has compassion for his patients, staff, and community, as well as a drive to keep up the latest technology in orthodontics. Our entire team gives 100% every day!

My husband Billy and I have two handsome sons Blake and Ben, two beautiful daughters-in-law Mallory and Aubrey, and a precious grandson Bohdi. I love the outdoors, flea markets, traveling, the beach, and most of all family time.

I have been an assistant at Rice Orthodontics for 11 years but have worked in the orthodontic field for more than 22 years. I love to watch our patients grow, seeing all the changes they make in their treatment, especially the final result. We're all so very proud to see that beautiful smile they worked so very hard for. Dr. Rice brings a fresh new outlook to orthodontics. He is very upfront and knowledgeable when dealing with patients and welcomes any questions and concerns they might have. His honesty and genuine down to earth attitude reflect on his staff as well as everyone that enters the office.

My Husband Melvin and I have two children, Trevor and Macy, as well as two dogs named Zoey and Duke. When I have free time, I enjoy shopping, cooking, reading, and having a great time with friends and family!

I have been an orthodontic assistant with Dr. Rice since 2018. I love getting to see the patients change over the time they are in treatment with us. Seeing how confident they become with their new smiles after treatment makes my job so rewarding. Dr. Rice treats his staff as well as his patients as if we were family. I hear him all the time say to his patients, If they were my child, I would do this, and he truly means that.

I have been married to my husband Dylan since October 2019. We have two chocolate labs, Axel and Annie, who are our fur babies. We have had horses in the past and plan on having them again one day once we have our own farm. I am a very competitive person, so anything sports related is right up my alley. In my free time, I play softball on a co-ed league and a womens league. On the weekends, my husband and I enjoy just about anything outdoors. We love cruising around LBL in our jeep. We also love camping and being on the lake in the summer.

I have been an orthodontic assistant for Dr. Rice about three years now. I have been very blessed to work for someone who is so patient and kind, but who also has a great sense of humor that keeps work fun. My favorite thing about my job is getting to meet so many people. I love getting to be part of their braces journey and getting to see their new smile after being in treatment.

When Im not at work, I am always spending time with my family. I have a husband, Danny, and a son, Jack. We also have a husky named Cora and two cats, Flynn and Roo. When we have free time, we spend it shopping or outdoors. I'm a sucker for a beach vacation and I'm always down for a good meal.

In my free time, my fianc Blake and I enjoy going to church, anything outdoors, and spending time with both our families and friends. We also have a black and white cat named Pepper! She most definitely has us both wrapped around her paw!
