The one hygienist extremely unpleasant. She hound me about they need me to use mouthwash when I told her straight i have a gag reflex with it just being in my mouth. She said I don't need to swallow it and I told I know but kept on going with my caregiver in there. And don't need to swallow something to have a gag reflex, just the taste or the smell can make you gag on whatever it is. So extremely bad experience with the Rice Lake Dental. I rather go back to the Chippewa Falls Marshfield Dental.

I gave 3 stars because I do like my normal dentist Harringer. He does great with my kids too. I am reviewing for another dentist who took out my silver fillings and only put a half filling in and my tooth has been in pain since and I can no longer chew anything on my Rt side. theycouldn't schedule me for another appointment for over a month which is ridiculous since they are the ones that screwed up. Harringer is doing it over for free if that tells you anything. I also came in with my children and a hygienist came to talk to me about my son and when I was telling the hygienist about my son's teeth I noticed the dentist using her finger and thumb in a talking motion like I was talking too much now I think that is a very rude dentist. She needs some training

Definitely went down hill as of late. Appointments were not updated at the one cleaning for some unknown reason. The one lady was VERY rude to me about how they don't make appointments the parents do. Insinuating it was my fault they didn't make an appointment for my child after her last one. Now due to covid they won't take ANY cleanings and it's been a year since my kids been in since they never made another appointment. Which I have never had them not make the appointment when you leave. You always get an appointment made for next time. Not here. I guess you have to ask for that at this dentist. Why I personally do t go here, but no where else for badger care. I guess I am going have to start paying cash for the kids appointments too!!! My dentist would never let you leave without asking or just making your jest Appointment for you.

Our whole family went for our yearly visit. All 8 of us. My wife daughter and 2 sons went in. Nobody asked them to wear a mask. Different lady came to get my other daughter and I and gave me a paper towel and asked me to put it over my mouth. I said everyone else went with their hygienists and did not have to wear one and that I would not wear it. She asked my daughter and I to leave. Apparently their policy is to wear a mask but only if the hygienist you get happens to actually ask you too.

ER department is lacking. Care that is needed isnt provided. I guess it depends on what day of the week it is. Very disappointed.

I also went in at 7:30 knowing full and well I might not be seen. I had only been waiting a short while when I was called back. The dentist was able to clean my tooth and patch it up. I am highly recommending this Dental Clinic from now on.

It's ok I. An emergency but make sure to follow up somewhere else. They do miss a lot of diagnoses.

Worst place ever! Rude rude rude staff members! They act like your bothering them when you call! Then you have to wait months for an appointment just to be referred to someone else that you also have to wait months to see! Most rediculous medical facility i've EVER been to!

I had an outpatient surgery done from Dr.Rikker's team and they were amazing. I was nervous when I got there, but all of the staff, from check in, to waiting, getting prepped before, and after were friendly, knowledgable, helpful, and truly outstanding. Thank you so much!

I saw Dr. Byron throughout two pregnancies and births and couldn't have had better experiences. She met all my expectations as well as the nurses. They were all caring and went above and beyond.

When people are happy where they work, especially in a medical setting, it makes unpleasant things as little easier to handle.

The receptionist in the imaging department in this facility are rude and obtuse. In this day and age of email and scanning. They still use snail mail to send images and documents. What a moronic and out dated way of of using 19th century delivery in the 21st century. Absolutely Archaic and Ignorant.

My friend went to that Marshfield rice lake clinic for an employment physical and a cordesone shot in her knee. 3 hours later they are finishing up the appointment that was for 9:00 am and lasted until noon. How are they going to bill the insurance provider for that one? Unexcusable. What a terrible health care facility.
