My most recent appointment with Dr Jeffrey Rice was in the Clearfield Office. Has been my fourth tooth extraction that he has done. Is good to have a specialist that I 've good confidence in. After the gazillions of patients he must have had he takes great care in what he is doing. In my case my regular dentist's office had written down the wrong tooth number on their paperwork. Thank fully Dr Rice put in a call to get the information straight!

2 hours of lies. Receptionist simply lied about where my daughter was even at. After 2 hours for a scheduled surgery they re took an X-ray and rescheduled for next month.Very unprofessional. Dose not deserve even 1 star.

I would highly recommend Dr. Rice Rice he's number 1 in my book and im telling everyone about how great of a job he does. I had to get a full mouth extraction. Even though the office may be filled with patients and you have to wait a few minutes I always got taken usually right around my appointment time and back in the room waiting for Dr. Rice was usually only maybe a 15 minute wait if that. The little wait is well worth the excellent service bring something to do and you wont notice if have to wait. Dr. Rice's staff are nice friendly answers your questions. He told me he didnt feel comfortable doing my procedure in his office so he said I could go to Dubois or Brookville Hospital have him do it I pick Dubois him and his team was with me in the holding room waiting to go into OR they could tell I was nervous they talk to me telling me every step. Dr. Rice and his wonderful staff were by my side from start to finish.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got my wisdom tooth impaction surgery 2 years ago. But listen here..problems keep arising even 2 years later. Even then, it was bad. The office was dirty. The staff was rude. The stitches dissolved immediately. I got dry socket because of the wrong instructions I was given. I was billed the wrong amount and had to fight with the office to get it taken care of. And now, 2 years later, I find out from my dentist that Dr. rice never removed the whole tooth. There's fragments left in my gums that I now need to see a surgeon about AGAIN because it's causing me problems. He was careless, didn't pay attention, and was rude. He's too old to be practicing anymore and should have long ago retired. Do NOT go here.

Extremely rude and unprofessional nurses working here my 2 year old fell and busted his teeth and was referred here. His mother and grandmother when to comfort him and keep him calm but was kicked out because only the mother needed to be present. Shouldn't the patient and them being calm and comfortable be top priority? Especially being a 2 year old?

I have been to see Dr. Ali a few times in the last 8 years or so. He is a amazing, kind, and professional dentist. Yes he is sometimes rushed and can not sit down and hold ur hand and give u comforting words of wisdom, but he is amazing at what he does. Yes the wait time is sometimes extreme but what do u expect when they are the only office in the area that does what they do? They are taking care of many patients, not just u! I have had the time to talk with Dr. Ali a few times aincw I have to go to the hospital for any work so he has alittle more time to take it slower and chat alittle bit. As I said, he is amazing at what he does! And I have seen some bad reviews about infections and pain meds. Anyone can get a infection for any reason, it is not always the drs fault. And as for pain meds, no dr ever hands out pain meds anymore unless u have had a very big trauma. After my work I got a antibiotic and ibuprofen, and they work fine bc it helps with swelling and pain. The receptionist on the other hand is a down right ignorant, unprofessional, rude, nasty b*tch! She is the 1 person in that office that needs her job taken away! I have never met such a "I hate everyone and everything" person in my life. This is not the job for her, she is my only complaint of this practice. Thank you Dr. Ali u gave me my smile back!

Who cares if Dr. Rice isn't the friendliest guy on the planet. He knows his stuff and does a great job. I've had him pull some difficult teeth and remove a tumor from my parotid gland. Excellent job on all of it. In addition he doesn't tell you a bunch of BS. to make you feel good.

If I could give zero stars i would. Understanding the whole comic situation right now but to wait for and hour and a half to even be seen then wait another hour plus just to be told I needed surgery.. then the day of, another hour wait to be seen, the nurse could not find a vein for my iv. Never in my life had any other place had this issue with me. Not only stuck me three different times but now I have a big egg on my hand, the nurse was very rude. I was told to go somewhere else! This place is a joke. Dr. Ali himself seemed rushed but was nice. The staff is a joke, only nice friendly one is the lady out taking temperatures.

He did an excellent job on my tooth extraction, never had any issues and it's been a year since. The pain was tolerable, didn't even need to use pain meds.

Diane at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. Even my young daughter refered to her as "scary mean". As the first person you see it sets a horrible tone in the whole office.

I've had 2 bad experience here. The first time they tired prescribing medication I was allergic to. This second time I had a rough extraction, and now a month later have pieces of bone/broken tooth pushing out from the extraction site. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr. Jeffrey Rice is thee best Dentist w in 90 miles of Emporium, Pa. !!! I am seriously "petrified" of the Dentists !!! The STAFF or maybe 1 or 2 of them, could take a class in "how to be as kind as Dr. Jeffrey Rice", but in all of my 67 years, I have realized Customer Service EVERYWHERE; could use a course like that !!! They do NOT make or break Dr. Rice !!! He is as sweet as the day is long!!! ALWAYS !!!!! Besides Dr. Blumle, Dr. Rice is thee ONLY Dentist I let work on my teeth...ever !!!! WHO "cares" if the desk pple are rude?....HE IS NOT !!! I treat pple as I want to be treated!!! If they are ugly mean to me, they get the same back !!! This is NOT about how Dr. Jeffrey Rice is !!! Be kind......for God's sake !! I give him a 10....any day of the week !!!

Had my first ever surgery today. All wisdom teeth removed and two others.Dr.Ali was extremely rude after my procedure he came in and asked me how I felt I told him. I was hurting alot his response was "well what do you expect when you come in to have teeth pulled"... Dr.Ali never rated my pain nor did any of the nurses I was only given Tylenol for pain after my procedure. They rushed to discharge me even tho I was experiencing bleeding and severe pain.

Dr Ali did my sons wisdom teeth the nurses were rude and of no help. Dr Ali actually stitched my sons gum to his cheek. When I called to let them know and to see what to do the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. Dr Rice is a decent Dr but the staff needs some manors and common courtesy wouldn't hurt. As for Dr Ali nope don't do it do not do it even his nurse that signed us out was extremely rude and of no help at all.
