On time, friendly staff, efficient service, and no insurance surprises. I had a good cleaning and they worked well around my slightly sensitive teeth. I couldn't ask for anything more!

Rice Dental is one of the most trustworthy and conscientious medical offices I've ever dealt with. Dr. Scott is a fantastic dentist who does great work and she has incredible bedside manner. However, their administrative team is the real star of the show. Jackie works harder than anyone I've ever met in a medical office to stay in touch with their patients and give transparent information about insurance. She's a great communicator, and has helped my wife and I with getting information to other practices and all around made paperwork and insurance easy. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to Rice Dental since it opened, and I have been happy to refer many friends and family. The staff is warm and professional to work with, and the office is cozy and charming - such a great location in the middle of downtown Bernardsville!

Dr Rice said I had too many teeth to clean all at once so I had to come back twice for a deep clean. When I got the bill for which they claimed to have done multiple procedures after insurance, the assistant said "Your insurance is weird" and proceeded to tell me that she will send the invoice to collection if I didn't pay. Not a great place to get your teeth cleaned

Recently started going to Rice Dental. It's a great practice located close to the Bernardsville Library. I'm very nervous when I go to the dentist and Dr Rice and her staff are great at making you feel comfortable. The dental equipment is new and the whole experience is wonderful!

Dr. Rice is the only dentist I would recommend in Bernardsville! She is so nice and helpful! She has removed and replaced multiple fillings that were cracked and filled new cavities. She helped me change my dental habits so now I am cavity free and my smile is brighter!

Dr Rice was wonderful! Very professional and made me feel relaxed and comfortable! Dr Rice helped with my sensitivity and explained the processes! Basking Ridge is lucky to have such a wonderful addition! My teeth never looked better

I recently went to Rice Dental and had a great experiences. The office is super cute and clean but what I loved about the office the most was how homey and comfortable it made me feel. I was able to get a last minute appointment with ease. I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Rice made me feel very comfortable. She was honest and got straight to the point. There was no pushing me to add extra unnecessary procedures. I also really appreciated the timeliness of the appointment. I wasn't waiting in the waiting room for 10-20mins like other offices I've been to. My cleaning and X-rays went great. I also love the thank you note I received after my appointment. It was such a great personal touch. I would recommend Rice Dental to anyone. I will be back in 6 months :)

I needed to have some dental work done so I called my dentist only to find that she was no longer in practice and a new dentist, Dr. Rice, had taken over. I was able to get in to see her that very same day and it was a great experience. I had a cavity that was causing me discomfort and I had also lost two crowns over the past six months and neglected to do anything about it until now. Dr. Rice was extremely professional and a lovely person.She did a thorough examination and took a complete set of xrays, filled the cavity and even did a full cleaning on my first visit. She took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done to for the new crowns I needed, and worked with my insurance company to make sure that we maximized the insurance benefits available to me. I now have my new crowns and they fit perfectly the very first time! No issues at all. If you are looking for a new dentist, rest assured, you will be very happy with Dr.Rice!
