I absolutely love this Practice., Ashley is amazing. after several months of calling and non returned calls and lots of questions. I called today left a message, not only did she return my call but, was able to set me up on a payment plan, and ease all my fears to all my questions. Ashley you are the best!!

Terrible service they cancelled an appointment that I had for over 2 weeks because they stated I did not confirm appointment with them. Don't waste your money on these people that don't care, your just a number. They have been sued as well for bad dentistry. They have a very high staff turn over, I never get the same people. Extremely disappointed. I'm looking for another dentist.

Great experience all around at Riccobene Monkey Junction! From receptionists, x-ray technicians, hygienists, and dentists, the entire staff is friendly and has made me feel at ease. The office is a clean and comfortable space, too. I was a patient with the prior dental practice, and stayed on after Riccobene took over--I've been super happy with the transition. Highly recommend!

If there were an option to give a 0, I would give them a BIG ZERO. I had an awful experience with them. The hygienist didn't know how to clean teeth. Every time she tried she cut my gums. You're only a number! Horrible skills and horrible attitude towards clients. Avoid this place!

I went in for a cleaning today. I haven't had one in probably 30 years, my teeth were bad. Carolyn did an excellent deep clean on me. Numbed me up, didn't hurt a bit. It was the best deep cleaning I've ever received. I was so embarrassed at the condition of my teeth, she reassured me that it was ok and that's what she was there for.i don't know where she's been all my life. Best experience ever 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

I just moved here and cracked a crown the first day. Riccobene was able to get me in the next morning to evaluate and 2 days later to get the temporary put in. All of the ladies up front were very professional and courteous. The techs were all great and very efficient and the dr was wonderful. As enjoyable a visit as having a crown replaced could be. They will now be our family dentist and I highly recommend them

I have been a patient of this practice for years and recently it seems like management company has changed. Their appointment management is awful. If you do not confirm you scheduled appointment they just cancel it without telling you about it! I was furious when I showed up for my appointment in the middle of my work day and was told that my appointment was canceled!!!! So frustrated that I am considering changing dental office to another one.

I decided to get braces at 67. Great staff and facility to assist with the process. I had seversl options to choose from and was even offered a payment plan. My teeth are straight for the first time ever!

First experience was great with my cleaning and the hygienist. My second experience was awful, my appointment was canceled without anybody telling me until I arrived

I had a great experience with Jennifer my dental hygentist. She was very attentive, and asked often about my pain level. The office staff is always great. I had a great experience with Dr Steve, and his assistant. I can't remember her name unfortunately. They were professional, and personable. Dr Steve is very funny he took a lot of the stress out of my experience. Thanks to both of them.
