Absolutely the WORST experience ever. The rating should be minus 10. We were refunded all of the $1500 EXCEPT the "lab fees", even though new lab fees have to be paid at our new dentist SO WRONG. When trying to pursue the issue red tape & run-a-round was the modus operandi. After multiple attempts, we have never received the promised phone call back. DO NOT TRUST YOUR SMILE WITH THESE PEOPLE

I am very particular about my dentist and could not be happier with Riccobene in Porters Neck. Clean facilty, nice staff, and they don't tell you a whole bunch of things you don't need. The only thing that would make this place better, is if they had a therapy dog.

So I've had my braces for about a year or so before I switched to Dr. Papio. Let me tell you she completely change the trajectory of my braces outcome. She was so patient and listened to all of my concerns. Got my braces off today and let me just say she far exceeded my expectations and my teeth were a pretty advanced case. I could not be happier with my results. She has given me the smile I've always dreamed of. If you're in the Wilmington area definitely look her up. Love the Porters Neck location

Very disappointed. Two years ago I payed over 7,000 dollars for implants. The two lower implants failed. Now being told that they were just temporary, and need to spend another 16,000 for permanent ones. None of this was told to me at that time. Will not be going back there!!

Dr Holmes and Stefanie are nothing short of AMAZING. Today was no exception. It's like visiting w friends when I go! On top of the warm, caring care they give me they are also both so efficient, knowledgeable and confident. The supporting staff is also wonderful. Thank you Heather, Amanda, Haley, Jessica etc. i hope I didn't miss anyone. Everyone there is the best.
