The dental hygienist took care and cleaned my teeth in such a profession that I had no stress or uncomfortableness. The doctor who came later to check my teeth sat down beside me and went through thoroughly.

Dr. Molini provided excellent service during my recent visit to get a filling. She and her assistant were very caring and professional throughout the procedure. I barely felt the injections and they worked diligently to provide the best outcome for me. I would highly recommend her services to anyone I know.

I broke a tooth and was having lots of pain in my lower jaw.. I was able to come into the Selma office and see Dr. Molini she was very professional and gave me some great advice for a root canal surgery. Dr Molini was also able to provide me with a prescription to ease my pain from the toothache.. The assistant I can't remember her name was very nice and super professional taking X-rays and documenting important information into my file. I would highly recommend anyone with any dental issues to go see Dr. Molini at Riccobene Associates office in the Selma NC.

Staff is very professional and friendly they make sure you and comfortable. I had rotator cuff surgery and there's one hygienist who makes sure I am comfortable and the dentist is awesome. Everyone is very nice professional & helpful they take care of you . They are Great!

I have never had such a great experience at a dentist! Went for a deep clean and Dr Lee numbed my gums, didn't feel a thing! He is the only one now allowed to give me novocaine needles lol and Miss Nikki who did my deep clean, once again didn't feel anything I was so relaxed I almost slept through it all. Going back tomorrow for the other side. It's nice to not dread going to the dentist. The entire staff from the office to the back more than 5 stars!

Told me they took my insurance so I booked an appointment. Then I kept getting really high bills. So I told billing receptionist, wow, those are really high bills being my insurance is full coverage for the procedures I'm getting for my son. The receptionist snorted at me and gave me a dirty look and pushed the payment information at me. After I paid and she handed me the bill, I noticed that they weren't charging my insurance company anything and forcing me to foot the whole bill. I lost about $1,200 in unnecessary medical bills my insurance covered because of their snobby attitude. I was a mother of 4 kids so I needed that money for my kids. I ended up moving my kids to Smithfield Family dentistry and they filed the insurance without any problems, were friendly to me and my kids and always had a welcoming attitude. I will never do business with this location again or any other location of theirs. They might have made me lose $1200 but they lost thousands of dollars worth of business because I had 4 kids and we hade amazing insurance so their loss. I hope this story helps someone; take your family to a different dentist....
