Raven, Dr Resner, and Helen were amazing! Even the receptionist are very pleasant. Clean & spacious office and restroom. Extremely short wait times. Good office music. I love it here I definitely recommend coming here for all dental needs.

This was the worst dental appointment i ever experienced. I was here 4 hrs. They needed medical info wasnt communicated to me. Dr didnt explain procedure just doing things. Dr. Has to be reminded that i need a full crowm after she has trim my tooth without explanation. Dr. Resner is the unprofessional unexplaining Dr i have ever met in my life.

I'm not feeling good about this dental experience. The dentist offers root canal and crowns the most expensive invasive dental procedure which I have no interest in. I came to the dentist to have two teeth pulled and get a partial. The hygienist Cheyenne was extremely rude.The liquid solution did not numb my gums. Cheyenne proceeded to use this pic to measure the bone which was extremely painful. I said this is not working. Cheyenne raised her voice aggressively and said patient refusing treatment!! I said I didn't say that but you're hurting me. The tech suggests using an topical, which made the pain tolerable. The tech/triage lady was excellent, the only good thing about my dental visit at Oakland.

Loving and courteous staff. They really take care of the patient!!! Getting dental work done isn't pleasant & sometimes very painful. But with a Staff like Riccobene's, they make the process bearable!!! ... thank you Riccobene for such a wonderful Staff!!!

On a scale of 1-10 I'd rate this office a 10. Ms Glenda Taylor at the front desk is amazing. She is very professional, greets her clients with a smile every time. I've watched after several visits to see if it ever changes. The clients seem to love her and she loves them and her service shows it!!! Dr Resner is an amazing dentist. Her staff is very supportive in servicing their clients. Things run so smoothly even when they have someone out! I've noticed the moral of the staff and it's wonderful to find a dental office so optimistic. The dental hygienist Donna is lovely as well. What a ray of sunshine to your early morning appts. The clientele is diverse, young to the elders all races. Everyone is treated with dignity. So if you are looking a dental office definitely reach out and they will not disappoint. I'm a satisfied new client!!!

The office is a good office it's certain people that my kids do like going to in the office but I also feel like the every convo you have with the patient and dr or who ever is in the room should be confidential when talking because you can hear everybody convo of what's being said bc the talking is loud and there are no doors it makes people feel uncomfortable
