Made an appointment on mon oct 31 for an extraction on 11/7(had to do a week of antibiotics) Tuesday 11/1 and I received a call from Barbara trying to see me that day , only 1 day on antibiotics. If I had let them pull it that day I coulf have died . I said no thank you I will keep the 11/7 appointment. Arrived on 11/7. No appointment, it was cancelled even tho the notes in their system stated I would keep the 11/7 appointment. Even though I had the appointment card they gave me. Acted like I cancelled my own appointment. Nothing for over a month. First trip there will be my last as well. Terrible customer service.

This review is for the Durham location. I am new to the area and chose this place after reading positive reviews. I saw Dr. Briana Austin for a chipped tooth with no other issues and ordered some mouth guard. After four months of going back and forth, I have a toothache on the tooth that she did filling on and a mouth guard that doesn't sit right. They offered to redo the mouth guard for free after I go to an endodontist. But there were issues with the claims they filed to my insurance. I finally received the statement from my dental insurance in November for an appointment that happened in August. The claims don't make sense because it doesn't include the portion I paid out of pocket at all. I had to call 3 days in a row multiple times during the day to finally reach someone just to tell me to wait for someone from their billing team to call me back... The only positive thing to note is that my cleaning appointment went well. However, I still recommend that you go somewhere else to save yourself time, pain, and money.

The Dentist, Dental Assistant and Finance Agent were extremely nice and accommodating. Doing everything possible to insure that I got the highest quality care for the least amount of money; making the most out of my insurance.

Dr Hunt is awesome!! His assistant is amazing and the ladies at the front desk are exquisite!! They accommodated me with my canceling cause I'm so busy and got me in. DR HUNT went above and beyond to accommodate me and tho he couldn't he got me in with an oral surgeon that could. I'm an out of town worker from Texas, but I promise yiu if I gotta drive 100 miles to see a dentist I will pick this place. Thank you Dr Hunt and your staff... Truly amazing job

My experience at Riccobene has been wonderful. Everyone there is very friendly and ready to help. My hygienist Lauren is very friendly and is very careful as she works. Alexis Trendowski is a dentist at Mebane location she lies and damages teeth to create work. She lied to me and on me in my medical record. She has a wreckless streak. She also lacks professionalism. She will strike again BEWARE do your homework. I'm leaving this message for others because I know there are more victims please contact me so we can warn others and paint a picture of what she is doing and attempting to cover up.

I found the staff to be very concerned and helpfull when it came to my dental issues.They were very trustworthy and compassion towards me at my visit. I will recommend them to my family members and friends. May the Lord bless them and watch over them.
