Doctor Tawfik as well as his assistant Tania, are 1st rate all the way. These guys make you feel so welcome and so at ease... amazing experience that I had today. I also saw a new assistant today by the name of Kia and she too was wonderful nothing short of.

I've been going here for my regular dental checkups for over five years now. All staff is very polite, knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend especially if you live in the Knightdale area!

The experience I have had with the offices both here in Raleigh at Wakefield and in Wilmington has been sub far. Even if it is 15 minutes before they close, they do not answer the phone lines. Days and days will go by before they return your call, most recently it took them 4 days to respond to us. There are also seems to be problems with transferring records and information from one location to another location when patients move. We have been lumped into a category of new patient even though we have been seeing this practice and minimum patient here for 4 years.
