I've had an extremely negative experience at this dentistry and I will not be back. Multiple situations happened. First problem was my filling. My filling wasn't completely shaved down (I don't know what you would call it) but I could not floss. He fixed that slightly but I still have to push down hard to get the floss between my two teeth. Second problem was my temporary crown. My temporary crown fell off, even when the woman told me she was "confident in her ability to make crown" and she's never had an issue. I had not eaten anything or flossed between the teeth where my temporary crown was and like I said, it fell off. When I went it to get my permanent crown, that's when all the major issues started. When they first put it on it didn't feel right but I was told that it's normal for it to not feel completely right and I would have to get used to it. I came back because the crown felt bulky on my tooth, I could not bite down all the way, and it was painful to chew for weeks and my retainer that I'd barely had for a year did not fit. They shaved it down and told me that I needed a new retainer, which I was charged for and I was never informed that I might need a new retainer. I came back again to let them know if there was still pain with my crown and to get my new retainer. The new retainer they made for me did not fit at all so they had to make multiple impressions to get it right because my crown was so messed up (the same woman who made the temporary crown impression also did my first retainer impression). When I came back again to get the second set of retainers I informed them that I was still having problems with my crown. He shaved it down some more and said it may be from the previous root canal that was causing my tooth to still hurt, but I've never had any pain there before and the point of the root canal is to take the nerves out of your tooth so that didn't make any sense. I had already taken multiple hours off work on multiple different occasions. My tooth has still been hurting after months and I was waiting for my next appointment in September to go back and explain my concerns but they informed me that the dentist who was seeing me was no longer working there. Now I've been looking for a new dentist because I don't want to risk having any more problems because of this dentistry and I feel like I wasn't heard. I still have pain when chewing on the side where my crown is and I mostly chew on the right side of my mouth now, and I'm starting to have some pain from mostly only chewing on my right side and I likely have a cavity now. Everyone I know who has had a crown put on has never had any issues like I've had before. Even though there's several good experiences posted, myself and a few others did not have a good experience and I will not be returning.

The staff from the front desk, to the hygenist to the dentist are friendly and skillful. I feel I am in good hands in this practice.

Waiting over 20 minutes for appointments that I'm early to yet they cancel when I'm 7 minutes late and add on extra services to other patients on the day of saying they can't fit me in now. I'll never be back. Charged for services not provided. There was no panoramic X-Ray yet they charged for it. Fluoride is covered according to their billing dispute department yet they charged for it. Ongoing issues with billing here.

There are no words, they are extremely polite, extremely patient and very nice. I have a difficult last name to say and every time I come they address me by name and say it correctly. For anyone who has a difficult name or hyphenated name you know how wonderful that is (I have both... my first name is hyphenated and my married name is difficult). I'm terrified of the dentist and I had a lot of work to get done and my hygienist and Dentist are amazing. I'm so happy they are giving me something so wonderful, my smile back.

Charged for services not provided. There was no panoramic X-Ray yet they charged for it. Fluoride is covered according to their billing dispute department yet they charged for it. Ongoing issues with billing here.

I have entered other Dentist offices sharing with them what I was in need of, and they did not do it because they wanted to accumulate money immediately. Well when I went to Ricobene I sat back to see what they would do and say. They did exactly what I knew I needed and referred me to a specialist and prescribed antibiotics. These Dentist do what is best for your mouth and because of that, I plan to go back to them after I address my primary needs. Thank you Riccobene, I came to you as a result of the job you did on someone else! Now I feel I can trust you! You must try this Dentistry!

I was in to get a cleaning and they discovered some pockets that needed a deep cleaning. They were going to have to schedule them for July. I was frustrated that i would have to come back, but Robyn the dental hygienist stayed late just to take care of it for me that day. She completely turned my visit around. Beyond impressed with the customer service and care i received. Thanks so much! -Walter Ratliff

I had a great experience I highly recommend this dentist the receptionist April was super friendly and explained everything so nice !! She deserves a raise and for my dental hygienist Ashley was beyond great !! She was extremely nice and very professional!!! Would constantly check to see if I was doing okay !! Wonderful experience !! Thank you for providing a great service also the office is super clean and very nice free drinks while u wait to get called in
