Such a pleasant experience! After careful research I chose Riccobene because of their outstanding reputation. I was extremely impressed by how detail oriented and responsive they were to my many questions/concerns. The office is immaculate and Dr. Austin is a true professional coupled with a perfectionist manner! The staff (especially Linda and Valentina) are super friendly.

Everyone at this office is so friendly! The office had a cancellation, and were willing to offer me a same-day appointment which was wonderful. Ari was very helpful, thorough, and gentle. I felt really seen and taken care of by him. Dr. Austin was so kind, answered all my questions and was able to provide me with great ideas for my treatment. I can't recommend Riccobene at Ballantyne highly enough!

I visited this office today 30m early for a for 3p visit I scheduled a couple weeks ago. It was to get fillings for the left side of my mouth. The right side was done by the same office months ago and to be fair, they did excellent dental work. My issue is with the service. I was notified that because I did not confirm an appointment via text message, that they could only do half of the job. I honestly feel as if I'm getting punished for doing my part. No one ever explained to me that I'd be getting punished for not confirming via text. What if I'd lost my phone? It's so unfair. If you have an issue with no call no shows, just fine those people. I explained that I drove 1.5 hours from SC and took a half day from work but they refused to provide the full service they originally promised. I honestly can't believe I'm being punished for not texting when they never explained how vital that is in the first place!

I was warmly and professionally greeted and treated door to door. The office professionals, hygienist, and dentist each attended my needs at a superior level. I was thoroughly pleased with my visit. I am happy to recommend them to anyone searching for excellent dental care.
