I am not the greatest of patients and everyone at Riccobene is very kind and helpful. My hygienist and Dr. were very patient with me and went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Rao is the best dentist! Whether you're going for a cavity filling or Invisalign treatment she is the person to go to! She cares about each patient as if they are her family and truly goes above and beyond! I couldn't ask for a better dentist and I am so happy with the way my Invisalign treatment has turned out!

I'd like to specify that my actual in office experience was great. The dentist and assistant were fantastic and when I came back for a follow up cleaning, it was as smooth a process as could be. The two star rating is for their billing practices. I went to Riccobene three total times at the end of 2020. In 2022 I started receiving letters informing me that I somehow owed $500 more than the hundreds I'd already paid, PLUS whatever my insurance covered. When I call the office, it rings forever with no one picking up. It is very frustrating. I've been to the dentist only these specific three times (all related) in the last 12 years because it is prohibitively expensive. I saved up and waited until I had insurance and thought I did everything right. I paid everything I was asked to pay at the time. And then to be accosted for MORE money so much later? Riccobene might be a good place to go if you have a six figure income but if you're barely making ends meet, the message is loud and clear. Ignore your dental health because the reality is you can't afford to take care of it.

I am a person who was EXTREMELY hurt by a military dentist who didn't care if I was numb or what had to be done. After sharing this emotional situation and my now adult fears, the office immediately understood and took care to calm my fears, progress slowly and ensure that I would consistently have the same staff to further deepen my trust. They put both my emotional and dental needs together and are now working on giving me confidence in my smile. Awesome, professional and overall the only dentist group that I will continue to trust with my family's needs as well.
