My Daughter (17) has very high anxiety especially with Dental services. She had to have her wisdom teeth extracted and has been dreading the day. Dr Swan and Ms Sierra (hopefully I spelled correctly) were beyond amazing with her. Dr Swan was fast yet efficient. They both took their time to comfort her throughout. I would recommend their office 10/10

The BEST possible experience I ever had with any dentist office I have visited in the past. Called for an appt due to terrible pain and without any hesitation, I was able to get in and have the trouble tooth extracted within an hour. All staff was very professional and was great at keeping me calm during this process. Dr. Swan took the time to answer all questions I had and made sure the area was numb before anything further was done. If you are looking for an awesome place to go for your dental care, this is the place to go. They not only will have all my business, but I will be sharing Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry with all my friends and family. Thank you guys for being so great! :) I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Just had my 1st visit with this practice. Front office staff very friendly. My hygienist was Yasmin and she was great. Dr. Swan very professional as well as making you part of a new family

This is the best dental practice I have been to. Michelle the manager is amazing! She made time to talk to me about the extraction I was having done to make me feel more comfortable. Dr.Swan made the extraction quick and painless. Ciara assisted with the extraction she was patient and answered a lot of my questions. Overall they make you feel welcome when you come in. The office is always clean and homey feeling.

I cannot say enough good things about this office, staff, and Dr. Swan! Pristine office, and the kindest and most helpful staff I have ever experienced in my life. My two teenage daughters have had their wisdom teeth out in this office, one today and one last week. Both extractions were performed efficiently and professionally, but with such extreme kindness, concern and gentleness by the staff. The dentist followed up with me on each of them, stating any concerns and follow up care recommended. I have never had a doctor/dentist text me personally, and repeatedly, to follow up on the welfare of my children both hours and days post procedures! I was repeatedly told both by him, and other staff members, to contact them at any time with any concerns. I am beyond thrilled, and so grateful to have found such a wonderful office to care my children, my husband and myself.

I got my wisdom teeth out with Dr. Swan on Monday April 18th. Today it is only 4 days post-surgery, and I am able to do mostly everything again! My pain was bad for the first day, but after that it has been SO much better. Before the procedure he explained everything very thoroughly and as someone who is very scared of mouth procedures, he made it as comfortable as possible. My face has not even been as swollen as other patients get. Very grateful and happy to have chosen Dr. Swan as my dentist!

I had to made a dentist switch due to multiple reasons and when I tell you from the moment I walked in their door EVERYTHING was different! Walking in the door, you have friendly faces greeting you and until the moment you walk out the door you just feel great and well taken care of! I would give 10 stars if I could, they are AMAZING! I would hands down refer every single person i know to them, because I can confidently say even after just one visit they actually care about you, they are SO nice and know exactly what they are talking about and doing. Dr. Swan and his staff are very professional and make you comfortable and talk through everything with you to make sure we're on the same page! This is a dentist I can see myself staying at long term, and I don't think I will ever dread going to the dentist again!!

Dr. Swan, Kadrine & the sweet lady at the front desk are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! They made me who doesn't really care for dentist in general very comfortable and welcome!! If you're looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Swan and his team!!

Everyone on staff is amazing, friendly and very patient! Dr. Swan is probably the kindest and most caring healthcare provider I've ever experienced. Without any hesitation, I would recommend Riccobene Assoc. in Burlington, NC.

I just wanted to tell others of my overwhelming excellent experience at Riccobene Burlington. I came in for a cleaning and a very sensitive tooth. Aleia gave me an exceptional cleaning then assisted Dr.Swan with testing my tooth. After testing Dr.Swan told me that I needed a root canal. I agreed. He then checked with the staff and found that he could do it THAT VERY AFTERNOON! I was stunned. That kind of service in today's times! Dr. Swan was efficient, precise and thorough. All of the staff went out of the way to be nice and considerate, something that I've not experienced in the last 3 offices that I've been to. Which is why I've changed locations. I'll definitely stay at this office as long as these professionals are there!

First time at this office and I was impressed!!! Very clean facility and super friendly staff! Dr. Swan was so nice and very knowledgeable. Yasmin was my dental hygienist and she did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Both were very professional and made me feel comfortable! 13/10 recommend this practice and Dr. Swan!!

This was my first time at this office and I had a great experience. All of the staff was amazing from the receptionist to the dentist. Dr. Swan and the hygienist made me very comfortable. They were very informative and answered all questions I had and provided great treatment.
