A grateful sincere heartfelt thank you to all staff. All staff at this office are very professional. From the 1st phone call I made to scedule my first appointment, to exiting the office. All staff are well mannered, very patient, and respectful; above excellency. DDS Offman, and his dental assistant Vanessa have above and beyond bedside manners. Very caring and empathetic, which is very comforting for any past traumatic experiences, and/or for extreme nervousness. They are very receptive and had all the answers to all questions asked, without hesitation. Very transparent. Very professional. I highly recommend this office. May God continue to bless all staff, touch their mind, heart, soul to continue doing their work in a caring, and considerate manner, and guide and bless the eyes, and hands of staff to continue help patients, in easing their doubts and nervousness, through God our Lord. Just like almost everyone else on here.... They deserve a 5 star review. Was greeted as I walked in, very professional and kind staff. As well as Dr Suarez himself. I have found my new dentist.

(Another) great experience at Dr. Suarez's office. My hygienist, April, does an excellent job. Best cleaning I've ever had. The staff there is helpful and friendly too.

Doctors and staff are all amazing. Oldest son got his braces with them last year and have been very accommodating , professional, compassionate and friendly through his process. Today started taking my younger son and I previously took him to a children's dentist but today he needed an extraction and I can't emphasize enough how appreciative I am of how the staff was with him. They were very patient, took their time to comfort him and walk him through process. I am very happy and thankful to have a dentist that we can trust and are happy with. Thank you to all the staff.

Always a great speedy professional experience... wife and kid come to April and Dr. Suarez for over 15 years now! April is patient with me as my hygienist, and we always have great conversation and gentle work done! Definitely check this place out! Right off the FWY too! We've been making the drive from every place we've moved to in SoCal...

Just got my front permanent teeth bonded and they came out so perfect. Thank you to Dr. Zachary Offman and his assistant Christine for fixing my front teeth. Very nice people, made sure my smile was perfect before leaving. So helpful when it came to me asking so many questions. Made me feel comfortable and cared how I felt. First time at this dental office! I went home with such a happy smile on my face.

I hate to ruin Dr. Suarez's 5 star rating. He is very good at what he does and it's good that he does everything in-office instead of sending patients out. The 4 stars is that he does not offer any kind of payment plan. I am not able to get Care Credit for the amount of work that needs to be done. And I'm not a rich woman. I have worked with other dentists who offered payment plans. I don't know why this is not the case here. I don't want to take my business elsewhere but I guess I have to. Disappointing.

I just had my teeth cleaned today. Dr. Suarez and his staff are following all of the CDC guidelines. The Office has always been exceptionally clean. I felt very safe getting my teeth cleaned. The staff and Dr. Suarez are always extremely professional and take care of all my needs. Always a very positive experience

Caring staff always on top of situations. So there won't be any. Forward looking, and that is great. A lot like a logistics operation. Plan and plan ahead. I've already recommended to family and friends. I'm happy.

Dr. Suarez and Dr. Offman are amazing! Best dental work I've ever had done. They where extremely patient and genuinely cared about how I felt after many fillings and a root canal and crown. Any adjustments to the work they did was free of charge and they made sure I knew I could come back as much as I needed if I still felt any pressure on any teeth. Vanessa and all the other assistants were so kind and very knowledgeable. Lupe and the other front desk angels made sure I had my schedule in hand every time I finished another procedure and were happy to remind me when my next appointment was if I lost the appointment card and had to call. I can't stop telling people what great work they did without breaking my bank account. God bless them all.
