Ricardo M Perez, DDS is a graduate of UCLA and the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. He is one of less than 5% of dentists who have completed hands-on training courses in cosmetics and jaw relations.
He continues to expand his knowledge in the most innovative technologies and techniques with the top courses in dentistry. These courses include Functional Anterior Aesthetics Program (PAC-Live), Ultimate Occlussion Program, Occlussion II, and Full-Mouth Synergy Program (Hornbrook Group). He is also DOCS-certified in Adult Oral Sedation and Anxiolysis.
Ricardo Perez is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the Dental Organization for Concious Sedation (DOCS), the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association (CDA), the Day Spa Association, The International Academy of Facial Aesthetics (IAFA), The International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). and a founding member of the Medical Spa Association. He is a lead international lecturer and hands on instructor in cosmetics, therapeutic Botox and dermal fillers and dental spas.

I've always had Dentophobia until I came to Dr. Perez. He is every careful and gentle from the first needle poke, to drilling, and now laser for working on teeth. Always a nice welcoming a great environment. I highly recommend, I've been coming here for over 10 years.

Dr. Perez has an amazing dental practice in Pleasant Hill. A comfortable office, the cleanest and newest tech, super friendly staff, who all show a true passion for their work. Dr. Perez is a genius dental doctor. I've been seeing this doctor since 2003. There's no one like it. You can trust him completely. Over the years, doctor Perez has fixed all of my teeth including cosmetic teeth repair and dental implants. His staff has always been kind and professional to me.

Wow! Dr. Perez is wonderful! He uses state of the art equipment and techniques and precision to simply bring a relaxing experience. I always feel I'm in good hands when I come for a visit, whether a cleaning, filling or more advance implant or crown work. Always has a wonderful selection of relaxing music, bottle of water, beverages or treats and swag dental bag of personal hygiene products to take home with us. Convenient location right off the freeway in Pleasant Hill.

Unbelievable! This clinic aims to bill you for whatever is possible saying that "we do whatever is best for your oral health"... Both times we said that we do not want unexpected bills but both times received them. First time as an exclusion they were willing to remove extra service. Second time, we scheduled teeth cleaning 5 months after the first and we told the doctor that no oral exam is needed. They charged us for it without actually receiving our permission. Moreover, they lied to us that they were not doing oral exam but charged us for it the same day. They say they feel sorry but they said they won't help us. It's our problem now. It's not the matter of price, it's not that big. But the matter of fact that they lie to your face and never do what was told - made me write this post because it looks like people here haven't mentioned it yet. So if you are okay with paying for whatever they think is good without notifying you - go ahead. But we won't return here ever again! Btw, my teeth was never clean enough and they didn't recognize problems that we with my husband had which were identified by another doctor in another clinic. 0 service, 0 respect, 0 quality.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: If I could give Dr. Perez & his staff 10 stars or more, I would! Due to past horrible experiences with dentists-I had a great fear of dentists! So my teeth were in HORRIBLE shape! I reached out to several dentists in the area, but here's why I chose Dr. Perez: when initially inquiring-he had an option to upload pics of my teeth for him to review before even seeing me. I was blown away when he responded via a personalized video! His personality & genuine concern drew me in. After exams, x-rays/scans-he offered me several options & answered all of my questions. He even did a Zoom session with me! As I write this right now-it's been 2 days since he did my 5 implants & I have ZERO pain! AMAZING! He's very kind & gentle & his entire staff is very kind & helpful (next to Dr. Perez-Ann is my fave!). But they're all excellent & genuine! Thank you Dr. Perez-you really are the best of the best! And don't ever stop singing while you work! Lol!
