Dr. Jason Izzi is passionate about the field of orthodontics and his ability to improve the health and well-being of others. He grew up with a medical background. His father is an orthopedic surgeon who has practiced medicine for 40 years in the same location Dr. Izzi now shares.
Growing up with his father, Dr. Izzi saw many examples of how his studies and hard work gave him the skills to help others. He took that very seriously throughout his dental education and still enjoys the aspect of medicine that allows him to learn and improve his skills continually for the benefit of his patients.
Dr. Izzi chose to pursue a career in dentistry and spent ten years in Boston completing the necessary degrees. He earned his undergraduate degree at Boston College. He received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Tufts University, where he was awarded a merit scholarship. To specialize in orthodontics, Dr. Izzi attended Boston University and completed two years of study in orthodontics and craniofacial orthopedics.
At Boston University, he studied under Dr. Anthony Gianelly, a world-renowned lecturer, author of several textbooks on orthodontics, and founder of the bi-dimensional technique. Dr. Izzi now practices that technique along with several others to provide the most efficient treatment possible.
After completing his education, Dr. Izzi moved back to Rhode Island. He opened two practices, in the areas where he and his families had grown up. It is with great satisfaction that he uses what he learned to serve those communities.
Dr. Izzi grew up in Lincoln, Rhode Island and lived in North Providence for ten years before moving to North Kingstown in 2008. Outside the office, Dr. Izzi likes to spend time with his wife Kimberly, their children, Santino and Jayci, and their two dogs and two cats.
Dentistry gives me the unique and extraordinary opportunity to heal, to repair, and to transform a patients smile and then educate in the maintenance and preservation of their smiles and oral health. There is nothing quite like the reward of having a patient genuinely thank you for giving them the smile they have always wished for or preserving their tooth with a variety of treatment modalities and restoring its form and function. Dr. Mansolillo is a third-generation dentist within a family that has a long and rich dental history. In addition to his work at Rhode Island Cosmetic Dentistry, Dr. Mansolillo is also in practice with his father, Dr. Joseph Mansolillo, and his great-uncle, Dr. Arthur Mansolillo, in the town of Johnston for a combined 100 years of dentistry within the state.
Dr. Mansolillo received his undergraduate degree from Providence College and pursued his Doctorate in Dental Medicine at Boston University School of Dental Medicine.Upon being awarded his degree, Dr. Mansolillo returned to the state he so loves, Rhode Island, to begin his private practice.
Dr. Mansolillo grew up in Smithfield and currently resides there with his wife Elena, and their children, Abby and Alexander, as well as their Bishon, ZsaZsa. They are parishioners of St. Philips Church, where Dr. Mansolillo is an active volunteer.

If you need a cosmetic dental procedure done, this is the place to go! I got into an accident when I was younger and was not happy with my asymmetrical smile. After I graduated from college and got my first full time job, I chose to have it fixed. I went to my local family dentist and was told it would be an easy fix. Little did I know that I was going to be spending nearly $3000 for something they ended up making worse. I was devastated. Then, my mom's friend recommended RI Cosmetic Dentistry. I was skeptical at first and full of anxiety but soon realized the kindness and professionalism they offer here. They will listen to your concerns (I had my initial free counseling with Dr. Izzi and even had a second opinion counseling with Dr. Mansolillo) and make sure you get the best procedure done. Now, I can finally smile without feeling self conscious about my teeth. They also do cleaning so I am definitely switching my primary dentist to here. Thank you so much!

Dr. Izzi and his staff deserve 100 stars. When I decided to persue cosmetic work on my teeth I was very picky about who I chose. I sought the opinions of 4 orthodontists before choosing Dr. Izzi to correct 2 major issues I had. The 1st, I'm part of the small percentage of people who never got their top 2 lateral incisors. The 2nd, in my early 20s I developed a severe case of bruxism (teeth grinding.) My top front teeth began to look like baby teeth. I chose Dr. Izzi because of his enthusiasm and eagerness to correct this uncommon double issue. I knew from the day I met with him that he truly takes pride in his work. At 39 years I finally have the perfect smile I always wanted. The office is immaculate. His wife Kim, runs the office and is super down to earth, ALWAYS picks up the phone during business hours. She even responds to texts! His assistant Marissa is just as fabulous and is personable. Highly recommend!!

Our third child just had his braces removed and I can't say enough good things about this practice. All three kids had different issues to address and each of them went incredibly smoothly. They all ended up with beautiful smiles! Dr. Izzi and everyone who works in the office are friendly and work so hard to make the process an easy and positive one. I highly recommend!

Dr. Izzi, Kimberly & the dental assistant I had were just amazing, every time I went in just amazing. Dr. Izzi truly is the most thorough, caring, dentist I have ever been to. I definitely get really nervous at the dentist and he was in the room every time to answer everything question and concern I had, he did not come in, do his job and leave right away like everyone else does. He made sure I was comfortable, he just cared. Kimberly was the same way. I couldn't be any more thankful, my smile was my biggest insecurity and now it's not. It's taking longer then I expected to actually feel comfortable smiling! I couldn't thank this dream team enough. When/if my kids need braces I definitely know where I'm going!

Jason Izzi incorrectly diagnoses my Invisalign case. Upon completion of my treatment with him, I was seen by another orthodontist who identified an overbite that could lead to significant long-term degradation of my teeth. Also, he charged me $3990 for a n "Invisalign Lite" case which only allows for 1 additional adjustment within the cost. It is taking me -- at minimum -- 20 more adjustments to correct my issues. That would have resulted in at least another $3990 payment to Izzi's office. He also refused a final visit with me to discuss my new diagnosis and wouldn't answer my questions that specifically asked about it. Lesson learned: always get a second opinion when it comes to Invisalign treatments.

Dr Jeff Mansolillo is an exceptional dentist. He makes you feel like your part of the family. His staff is very nice and happy. I would recommend him to anyone who has been putting off going to the dentist. I actually look forward to my next appointment.

I am a patient of Dr. Izzi's for general dentistry and occasional cosmetic procedures. His office staff is always friendly and accommodating. Dr. Izzi is very knowledgeable in his field and always up on new procedures. I trust and value his opinion, and plan on utilizing his expertise for orthodontic procedures soon as well!!
