My 8yr old was referred to this office for an emergency tooth extraction after his 6month cleaning at our family dentist. The experience could not have been better for both of us! They got us into their office less than 2hrs from his cleaning appt and we were in/out in about 45mins with infected tooth out! They also were able to get him in for another procedure he needs within same week which is great! Highly recommend them to anyone needing a dentist for their children. THANK YOU RI CHILDRENS DENTISTRY COVENTRY Melissa H.

My kids have been here since 2010 and they used to be good. But since then they have gotten too large and they are absolutely awful. Their dental hygienists are rude. I swear he hires them based on them being young and blonde. Switching Orthodontist and dentist to somewhere else. They don't allow parents back with their kids. They were supposed to only check on my kids orthodontic work and instead they turned her pallette expander so many times she was in a lot of pain and they didn't even ask me if it was ok to do that.. please don't bring your kids here.

I took my son to RI Children's Dentistry today. He is petrified of the dentist. This is his fourth dentist, none of the orhers were able to do anything. At RI Children's Dentistry they flossed and cleaned his teeth and took X-rays. I was so happy. They are so nice and patient there I highly recommend them. My son can't wait to go back !

I would highly recommend . Took my 2 boys for their first visit 6 months ago and had a great experience. I was worried about how my kids would do but both the hygienist and dentist were so welcoming, friendly, and patient. They really tried to make the boys comfortable and talked to them on their level which was so nice .

Very efficient and kind. This has been our third visit and my son (6) doesn't bat an eyelash when it comes time to visit. The entire staff has such calming demeanor that it's a breeze to get the visit done in about a half hour.

It was my four-year-old daughter's first time at the dentist, and I had no idea how she would react. However, the dental hygienist was amazing with her and she had the perfect names for all the items they were going to use (using words like "silly" and "funny" when describing them, which made her laugh). Each time before she did the next step, my daughter was encouraged to experience each object, so she know it wasn't scary or was going to hurt. My daughter felt the electric toothbrush on her finger first and then knew it would just feel funny, only a little different from her electric toothbrush at home. She loved the cookie dough flavored toothpaste! The silly mouth vacuum was the big hit (she LOVED that mouth vacuum and now wants one for home! !) Having a tv on the ceiling playing a Disney movie (with fun sunglasses to wear, so that the bright lights from the dental equipment didn't hurt her eyes) was a brilliant ideas and worked really well to keep her occupied and distracted. I highly recommend this place for kids of all ages!
