The Department of Health and Human Services, in accordance with Section 224(h) of the Public Health Services (PHS) Act, 42 U.S.C. 223(h), (Section 233) has deemed Regence Health Network, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and certain individual (not corporate) contractors to be employees of the United States effective June 30, 1993, for the purposes of medical malpractice liability. Therefore, individuals employed and credentialed by RHN within the scope of their employment (or contract for services) are thereby protected by the Federal Tort Claims Act and are immune from lawsuit so long as all requirements of Section 233 are met. The only remedy available to a plaintiff is to file a claim against the United States under the provisions of the Federal Tort Claims Act.
The Attorney General, through the Department of Justice, has the responsibility for the defense of the provider and/or organization for malpractice claims approved for FTCA coverage. FTCA Coverage includes the responsibility for payment to a plaintiff of any damages awarded as a result of malpractice judgment or as a result of a settlement approved by the Attorney General or his/her designee. FTCA coverage is comparable to an Occurrence malpractice policy and with no monetary coverage limits.
In addition, 42 U.S.C. Sections (j) and (m) require hospitals and managed care plans to accept coverage under the FTCA as meeting their malpractice requirements or risk loss of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.

I love going here. This may sound goofy. But most everyone is Hispanic here. And I love that. Their culture I think is way more friendly and caring more so than my own. Everyone is so kind and warm. My dr is awesome as well. I actually leave with a smile on my face every time I go. No complaints. Love you all and see you soon.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist!!! I was in extreme pain when I went in and once the numbing wore off I was in even more pain. The bedside manner was terrible and the dentist was trying to treat too many people at the same time, even during covid. I was scared to death when I went in there and I left traumatized!! I would not recommend this place to anyone! No laughing gas and no pain medicine when you leave!! Sadistic

Everyone is very kind and knowledgeable here from the receptionist to the dentist. I felt very comfortable with everyone. I plan on continuing to come here for all my dental needs.

Rude rude rude.. They also never mentioned over the phone before I drove there that there was a consultation fee... There a sliding scale fee/low income. They are not.. There receptionist & dentist was rude very rude..

I've been going there for several years for my dental needs such as dental exams, cleaning, extractions, root canal, & crown. I have always gotten excellent service. The staff is super friendly, always courteous,& genuinely concerned about providing you the best dental service experience. They also have a Bilingual Dentist & staff. The dentist are very friendly, very experienced & explain everything to you. The hygienist & dental assistants do a great job too. All my appointments have been set at very short period of time without having to wait for more than a couple of weeks. In an emergency they were able to see me right away. They also have special rates for low income families & accept dental insurance. I highly recommend them to all my friends, family & coworkers.
