RGT has a new location conveniently next to HEB in Conroe. Everything is beautiful and the Staff were all so nice. Had to get a broken Molar repaired. I wasn't feeling optimistic as it broke so badly but Dr Giles ended up installing a Crown so my tooth is better than ever!! I highly recommend RGT Dental !!!

Appointments really mean nothing here, waited over 30 minutes and still couldn't get seen or any help. We seen 3 different dental techs just walking around or standing there chatting. And to top off 2 people came in after us and they got pulled before us. That was when we decided to leave. Very unprofessional and will be looking elsewhere for dental care.

This Dental office is running a scam and taking advantage of people! Do not trust them with your work. Aside from being overpriced they are unprofessional and scammed my mom out of thousands of dollars without completing her work. Every time she goes so they can finally do the work they keep trying to charge hundreds of dollars on top of a $70 office visit every time. Despite having receipts that clearly state her balance they will sit there and argue that she still owes thousands of dollars when no work has been done except for an extraction! They charged her care credit almost 2 grand without completing her work and continue to give her the run around in when they will complete what she paid for. We will be reporting them to the board as well as care credit for fraud and abuse.

Was told to come 15 mins early to dental office. No one was here. Until 5 mins after scheduled appointment. Then was told to fill paperwork out in car. Very rude front desk.

Extremely unprofessional. I had gone to various cleanings with them before and not once was I told I had a cavity. It wasn't until the tooth cracked and I went to another doctor that I come to find out I had 3. I decided to go back to remove my wisdom teeth. They rescheduled my first appointment because they "hadn't heard back from the insurance". The second time they rescheduled my app ONE day before my appointment, even though they had confirmed it a couple hours before. EXTREMELY frustrated because I had to take off work and plan my week around this app. When I get to my appointment , the assistant was asking me questions that they should have already known, like what tooth am I taking out? The fact that they didn't even confirm my name, DOB or anything like that made me very uncomfortable. The last straw was the change of price. They had already quoted me a price from the insurance, and right before the procedure they come in and charge me 150 dollars more. I walked out. This isn't a place I would trust with something as sensitive as your health. Wether you're paying out of pocket or with insurance , save yourself time and look elsewhere. Something I should've done since the beginning when my tooth cracked bc of a cavity "I didn't have" according to them.

Parents aren't allowed to be with their children when seen by the dentist and/or hygienist, thats ILLEGAL! I will be contacting the State! Far as I am concerned this dentist is very unpleasant and unprofessional. All he cares about is money!
