My family has been going to doctor reznicek for years. I am nervous of needles coming at my face. He has always been kind and patient with me. He makes sure you are good and numb before working on you. He is a nice man and his staff is wonderful. He lets you know what all you need and how much it will cost. I will NOT go to any other dentist.

Would not recommend. Bottom tooth completely fell out that he capped for root canal and top of the front tooth is chipped. It hasn't been but a few months and my last experience was not a good visit. Called twice to relay my grievances and was blown off by office staff. No offer to fix or remedy the situation. Was then sent two collections notices one for 491.00 and one for .20 cents. Called and asked what was going on and because I had not schedule due to moving and being caregiver to my veteran brother now, they sent outstanding balances to collections. Sent bills to incorrect address. Asked for them to be resend to correct ones. The only notes on these documents they had was me having to cancel due to brother being in hospital and moving (no notes on that that I had relayed). If they had called (which they did not) I would have paid over the phone. I'm not sure who is running the office but my bill went from 200 something to 491.00. Not happy with the service or the quality of work. Was happy day of as I was just thrilled to have my two front chipped teeth fixed. But quality not worth the 3 grand my insurance and I paid for. Very disappointed and will not refer nor recommend. Will be following up with my insurance company and whatever else I need to do legal wise for the collections.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a dental office. I was the second person there for an emergency walk in, I showed up at 8am and sat there for 3 hours. NOTHING! Then when I asked the lady at the desk an approximate waiting time she was rude and caught a smart mouth. I walked out and won't return. In response to your excuses- I was NOT the third walk-in, I was the second, the third walk in arrived about 10 mins after me, yet he was still seen before me. He even asked if you had forgot about me as he was leaving. I was also told at check in that I was the second to arrive, and that there had been a cancelation for that morning so things should move along more quickly than usual. Then to top off my visit, when I went to ask about an approximate wait time, the lady at the front was rude and tried to talk to me like I was stupid. That was the final straw for me.

The absolute only place you should go if you live in Pulaski County. Dr. Reznicek is hands down the best Dentist I have been to. The staff is down to earth and very friendly while still being completely professional. I will not take my family anywhere else. Dr. Reznicek truly cares about his patients. He is straightforward. I wish all medical professionals would model themselves after the way he treats his patients.

Dr. Rez and his staff are perfect examples of an excellent dental group. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always accommodating. My son and I both visit his office and I highly recommend their services for all ages.

I have ben goingvto Reznicek dentsl for 20 year . The Drs and staff are always helpful, professional and courteous. I and my family have a healthy mouths and all my teeth because of the great dental care including fillings and crowns due to Dr Rez and his staff.

I have been going to Dr. Reznicek for over 20 years.I love how he takes the time with each and every person.Explaining what he is doing and why,so open and honestly. I love the girls at the front desk especially Sue. And Stephanie in the back. What will I do if he ever retires? WELL he will find me on his doorstep. !!!!

After a bad experience with a previous dentist, I came to see Dr. Reznicek. I have been in treatment for over a year now and had quite a bit of dental work done. Dr. Reznicek takes his time to explain the treatment plan and costs. I'm pleased to say he has done excellent work so far. Sue and Connie, the ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful, the dental assistants are professional and listen to concerns you might have.

The doctor wasn't hand wash and handling every patient. They charged me $215 for removal teeth. One time is enough for lifetime regrets.

My family and I have been going to Reznicek Dental for 13 + years. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome & comfortable (they may even break out in a song ). Julie, the hygienist is very sweet and is very accommodating to work with my son that's in college to get him scheduled when he is home on school breaks.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Rez for years and We recommend them to everyone! I don't know how he does it but when I've had major dental work with no pain whatsoever, from having teeth pulled to getting fillings....He truly is the pain free dentist! When we get there early, they always get us in right away so we're never there very long. The staff are so friendly you feel right at home! Love them and can't imagine going any where else!
