They are not enforcing mask wear by people who are walking around patients with their mouth open while a deadly virus still is persisting. They do not care about the health of their patients. And they see mostly teens...

I was debating whether I should leave a review or not for a while now..My personal experience was far from perfect. I chose this office based on the good reviews, and although the staff was always very friendly, overall I'm not really satisfied with the final results. I wore my braces nearly for 3 years and after many setbacks I was finally able to to take them off in April 2021. Now, a year later my front tooth shifted again and to me that's very annoying as that was the main reason why I chose to get braces on the first place. I was told at the end of the treatment that I should wear my retainers non-stop for the first 2 months and after that I should transition to wearing them at night only. Well I still have to wear them during the day as well, otherwise my front tooth tends to shift. The retainers that were given at the end of the treatment are a joke frankly. They are super flimsy and resemble more to the ones that you would receive for a whitening treatment. Meanwhile I went to another office and got the Vivera retainers. Another thing which I personally disliked is that I was always seen by a different doctor or technician. While I understand that this is a teaching office, please keep in mind that not all doctors and technicians have the same level of experience and approach on the quality of treatment, which can ultimately have a negative impact on the patient.

I'll start off by saying that Dr. Jenn is the absolute best. Every visit into the office with her and her team was enjoyable and friendly. I was initially hesitant to getting Invisalign on my teeth and wanted a 'quick fix' for my one tooth. Dr. Jenn educated and encouraged me to proceed with the process and I couldn't be any happier with the results. Not only did it fix my one tooth but gave a better and healthier bite. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Jenn and would highly encourage anyone to go to her for their ortho needs :)

Worst place for many reasons: I drove to different cities just to get the same doctor to take care of me. Breaks your crown/cap and they tell you it's not there responsibility, that it's in the contract and that my crown is thin to begin with. No liability for anything!! Walked in with a functional crown that had no chip on it (had X-rays to prove it. I sat in their chair to get remove braces, I then see a broken cap in my mouth with parts attached to the bracket braces that they just removed. So management said their contract states they can break all your teeth, crowns etc and it's not their fault. Manager states I had an old functional crown anyway! So, what does that mean?.... that it's okay not to help with some compensation if not all of the price of crown. Instead they want to give me $20 for new retainers. What an insult. Drove back to dentist to pay $$$ to get a new crown that I did not plan on then drove back to ortho for new retainer. So I guess this is how they take care of their patients who spend over $5900 on braces. Not an amazing smile at this time!

I am a local dentist and thoroughly enjoy sending patients to the Spillane & Reynolds Orthodontics team! My patients always say how much they love going to see the orthodontist, and parents appreciate the time the Dr. Jenn spends with each one of their kids and the extra time she takes to discuss treatment progress with the parents, as well. You will be getting top-of-the-line care when you go here!

The staff is great and the doctors do a good job. Before today I would give them a 5 star or 6 even if I could. I called them yesterday morning telling them my son's braces came off and it poking him and they said the next available appointment at my usual office is 4 days later . So I told them to look at other locations for a sooner appointment and they did find one in an office 45 minutes away. I took it because it was urgent for me. So we drove 45 minutes each way for an appointment that only took 5 minutes and keep in mind that this type of appointment does not require a doctor to be present. Couldn't they have accommodate my son's 5 minute appointment sooner at the usual ofgice and not wasted an hour out of my work schedule . I am very disappointed Update this for my other child's follow-up appointment: it is very disrespectful to your patients and their families to have them wait for more than an hour for a follow-up appointment. This office is getting worse and worse.

We are very pleased with the way my son's teeth look now that his braces are off. The staff at S&R Rochester did a wonderful job. When he would break a bracket or have a loose wire they were always able to squeeze him in when needed to get his problem fixed. He is a grinder and needed a heavy duty retainer and they were able to provide that. I would highly recommend S&R for braces.
